Awesome customer service!!!
Tech support stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes. HE was kind and patient, and he fixed another issue that we didn't know existed. I really appreciate all of his help.

Nova has really good customer service , the live support is pretty quick in responding. No extra waiting time as you have with other companies
They are quick to act and the remote controlling helps in resolving any issues as soon as possible.
