I ordered a hairdryer which cost me £135. It arrived late. And when it did arrive it was a completely different hairdryer. When I looked up this hairdryer on line, the cost was £30.
NOVASILK repeatedly said that I had received the correct hairdryer. But it was a cheap version and not the one I ordered.
Please do NOT order from NOVASILK

the nova silk hairdrier bought for my wife cost me £165! I had it checked out and it is made in Russia and extreemly dangerous to use. IF YOU WANT TO STAY ALIVE AND NOT GET COVERED IN FLAMES DO NOT USE THIS ITEM OR ANY OTHER ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY

⭐ 1 star — Absolutely appalling! A complete scam.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered an item that looked great online and seemed like a UK company, but what I received was a cheap, low-quality version that looked nothing like what was advertised. It felt like something worth £10, not the £135 I paid.

When I reached out to request a refund, they completely ignored my emails for days. Eventually, they came back offering me a pathetic 30% refund to keep the item — are you serious? I refused and asked for a full refund, and since then, they've gone completely silent again. No reply to my follow-ups, no customer service number, and no other way to contact them.

To make matters worse, I found the exact same item being sold online elsewhere for just £20! This company is shamelessly ripping people off, selling junk at inflated prices and then refusing to take responsibility.

This is false advertising, terrible customer service, and borderline fraud. I am reporting them to Trading Standards and will be sharing my experience anywhere I can to warn others. Save your hard-earned money — do not trust this company!

Do not buy this product it is very poor quality took nearly a month to arrive and came in completely unbranded packaging with a very dubious CE marking and no conformity sticker and a smell of Electrical burning

I did receive my ipl hair remover but it stopped working on the 3rd use. I contacted their customer service and received a prompt reply offering to send me a new one but this never arrived and they have stopped replying to my emails. Complete waste of money. I advise anyway stay clear if this company. Definitely a scam.

Order still not despatched 15 days after being placed and now no response to emails. I will be trying to get a refund. Also company claims to be UK based but emails I have received were from Germany? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Unfortunately there is not an option for zero stars.
Ordered an item with a 7day stated delivery. I am still waiting for delivery or resolution 1month from order.
Initial emails to support were answered but now only receiving automated responses. Next step will be recovery of monies.

Absolutely rubbish. Bought for Hubby. Lasted one shave and fell apart. Contacted them and they offered replacement blades. What a joke.Nothing to attach replacement blades to as the whole thing fell apart. Still waiting for replacement or refund since January. DO NOT PURCHASE £98 down the drain

Product not what I was after but they got back straight away with no quibble refund as promised.

Used once,absolute rubbish, don't shave close,no power, cheap plastic, avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Ordered as looked good on the website, Arrived and it's just a cheap plastic lightweight terrible Chinese shaver, Not happy at all, Absolute weak amount of power to shave with ans it's just exactly the same as the 20 quid one from amazon, Fuming

Avoid at all cost bought a head shaver after reviewing on google and apparently this was the best one NO ITS NOT stopped working after 3 shaves and after the first one wasn’t cutting proper and left lines of long hair took me about 5 minutes to shave my head also it’s used 70% of a full battery for one shave please avoid also they are not in the uk

OMG!!! Wish I’d read reviews before buying. Partner wanted a decent head shaver. Googled top 10 and the pro 7 came back as the best. It takes you straight to novasilk. I bought this for Xmas. What a mistake. The spare head doesn’t fit and one of the blades broke as soon as we tried to clean it. I have emailed twice since 1st Jan and no response. DO NOT use this company.

One of the blades fell off my skull shaver. Was happy for a replacement so emailed them in August. Now jan 2025 and they still haven’t responded with so much as an email. Shambles of a company. Fraudsters. Quick to take the money, never to be heard from again.

Avoid this company and their products at all cost! Same head shaver RQ8870 you can find it on Amazon for £26 not £100+ !!!!

Didn't realise it was from China until I tracked the shaver. I used it once when it arrived and the 7 heads broke off, cheap plastic that couldn't hold the weight of the blades. emailed for return and as yet no reply..... will give them another try to return it and then will have to go to bank for refund....£80 for a non branded lump of plastic... I've been had! please don't buy from them

So I got this online and after ordering j saw these reviews which of course make me full of regret! However it arrived as an IPL so was pleasantly surprised. However not well made seems cheap. Return address on packaging was for a random road in business park? So I emailed them to get a refund and said no need to return the item?

After some of these reviews I was ready to have to contact my bank however
I have just received my refund into my account today which is good news!

Shocking cheap product. The company is not in the uk it’s direct from china. The worst part is that it doesn’t cut your hair even when really short. Avoid at all costs. The same product is on Amazon for £23 even cheaper on AliExpress and temu. Stay away from novasilk it’s a total con
