Such a great company

Such a great company, they interviewed me a few years ago and that was so interesting and inspiring and eventually I purchased a Novation pad for use with Logic Pro….at last, totally compatible and it is fantastic, got a reconditioned one direct and a brilliant price and on excellent condition

I Received a Great Offer from Novation

I had bought a used Circuit Rhythm and Contacted Novation Customer Support to see if I could register it. They responded right away got me set up without any problem. I was lucky that the used instrument was in excellent condition and I was impressed by its quality and features. I found the User Guide on the Internet, which had good explainations of how to get started. Being new to this type of product, I was overwhelmed at first, but then found how easy it was to lay down some tracks. I had read that the Circuit Tracks was an excellent complement to it and wanted to get one. Then, Novation happened to send me an email saying they had refurbished Circuit Tracks for a 20% discount. I read their policy on refurbs and it sounded good, so I ordered it. And it even turned out to be 2/3 of the price of a new one, which made it a 33% discount! The Circuit Tracks was shipped from American Music and Sound, and was packaged just as though ordering a new one. In fact, the Circuit Tracks and its original box and accessories WAS just like new! I'm still new to how Novation's cloud works with my instruments but it looks great for saving songs and downloading samples to work with. Although the Circuit series of instruments has been around a few years, I feel that Novation has shown that they will support any issues I may have, so I am very satisfied!

Endless encoder are falsely marketed

Endless encoder are falsely marketed. Customer Service was a lot more prompt after I left a negative review. They need to streamline their return process as having to reach out to multiple departments does not seem easy.
