NOVA and particularly Simon Cahill have been clear, concise and have listened to my requirements, outlining the risks and potential gains of each strategy to educate me, so that I can make an informed decision, at every stage. Any questions I have are answered promptly and the platforms and tools are easy and clear to navigate and manage. This is a 5 star experience from my previous FA’s, I just wished I’d moved to NOVA sooner.

Special thanks to Will (and Zoe) for their patience and expert guidance, we had an incredible experience with the Nova Team. We originally planned to pay off my mortgage in full, but when the stock market unexpectedly crashed and wiped out 20% of my portfolio, we had to change plans at the last minute.

Our NOVA mortgage broker Will was absolutely brilliant in helping us through the mortgage process for our first property.

He was extremely friendly and professional, had a video call with us to understand our needs, and secured us the best deal on the market, as well as preparing all of the documentation and application for us.

He proactively looked for better offers and we were able to cut our mortgage rate 4 times before completion.

This is all at no additional cost as the mortgage broker fees are paid by the mortgage lender.
