While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Hi William,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we're truly sorry to hear that your order arrived with damaged boxes, that's not the experience we want for any of our customers.

We'd like to be transparent: once parcels leave our hands, they are in the care of our courier, Evri, and unfortunately packaging damage during transit is something that falls outside of our direct control. That said, it is absolutely not acceptable, and we take every report like yours very seriously.

We have raised your concern with Evri directly so they are aware, and we hope this helps prevent the same issue from happening to other customers in the future.

If the contents of your order were also affected, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@novazora.uk
we'll do everything we can to make it right for you.

Thank you again for your feedback, William.
We hope to have the opportunity to give you a much better experience next time.

Warm regards,
Nova Zora Shop Team
