Scam Artists! I ordered a $55 satellite WiFi router. After tracking the shipment for a couple of weeks the tracking disappeared. I I emailed support. They sent me a cheap WiFi router. I sent them a picture of what they sent and what I ordered. They said they shipped the right product. Then they offered me 4 US dollars. When I contacted them again to complain they offered me 6 US dollars. DO NOT order anything from them. They are compete frauds.

The only reason for the two stars is they (Chinese companies) have learned to communicate when it comes to when the product is shipped, every stop and port in-between and when it should arrive.

This is crucial for most of us when it takes 4-8 weeks for a product to be delivered.

Regardless, the products are cheap.

Really happy with these fun bikini panties! Packaging was simple but effective. Delivery felt longer than expected, about two weeks. The fit is great and quite comfortable, though quicker shipping would definitely enhance the overall experience.

Scam, shipped a non functional vacuum not as advertised

I buy a skin care product from noveltynose.com With the name of anua product, but the product has awful smell and I check online it was the same With those who claim that it is a fake one, I tried to email them and inform them about my concern but 5e for compensation of the fake procduct? What a shame!!!

Placed an order for a few products I found interesting. WEEKS later contacted them to ask where order was. Had not received and tracking info was not updating. Over the next few weeks, conversation went back and forth with apologies for delay, we contacted carrier to rush order, you’ll have it soon . . . etc etc. I was even told it was delivered! (It was NOT)
Go check with neighbours, surrounding area. Post office. I DID ! I simply was not delivered !!
I had requested refund and confirmation of, and was then told it’s not their problem anymore. Once it was in shipping carriers hands my order was not their problem. How ridiculous is that ? ! ? They’ll contact the carrier to find out where it is and to rush the order because it’s weeks delayed ? ? But when it’s missing, and a refund is requested . . . it’s suddenly NOT their responsibility anymore ? ?
Biggest bunch of BS ever! It’s been was back and forth via email plus wks waiting for my order. Avoid this company!

Still waiting on my product ordered 3 weeks ago! Tracking has said “in transit” forever. Customer service is asking me to be patient, and it’s too late for a refund. Buyer beware of this company. I may never get what I ordered

Today I recieved a vacuum/blower wireless handheld I ordered 10 days ago, I am in Perth Western Australia.

It... the product, neither vacuums effectively or blows at all. It is a cheap, lightweight, nasty little thing that is not fit to function to the hype it was advertised in and definitely Not Worth the money I paid for it , including the express post because it took 10 days to arrive.

Zero stars. I purchased what was supposed to be ‘BetterAlt’ shilajit (as per their website) from Noveltynose before seeing a one star review from another buyer. I too received an unbranded product that tasted sweet whereas pure shilajit has a bitter taste so I believe it to be fake. Noveltynose customer services were contacted and asked for a refund but they said I had received the correct product. I will therefore be reporting Noveltynose to the FTC and FDA.
May I suggest that anyone else that has also received counterfeit products from Noveltynose report them and make sure that you flood social media with your negative experience when buying / dealing with them.

Zero stars. Advertised as betteralt on insta. It's fake shilajit which is dangerous to consume. Wasn't the same thing as advertised. Back and forth with customer service and didn't get anywhere. I told them to stick it and I definitely won't use them again. Please avoid and don't make the same mistake I did. I found the real stuff on eBay eventually.
