Non existence customer service
While I was giving my shipping information, it reverted back to my old address. I saw that after everything was done. I emailed the company twice to informed them of the correct shipping address. I also even call the phone number that was provided in the Novex website. No one contacted me back. My package was shipped to my old address. I emailed and called again and no response. I never received my package. Right now I'm pissed at Novex. You guys have no customer service. I think after this order, I won’t be ordering again.
