I ordered 2 silk tank tops from this company that took a long time to arrive. There were no labels attached the products and were way too small. I'm a size 10. I have requested a return address to obtain a refund but none of my emails have been responded to.
I tried to call the company but the phone has been disconnected.
I would strongly advise people to avoid this online company.

Do NOT buy from Novigood. Shoes are very cheap and returns impossible.
Wasted my money as obviously a scam.

False advertising constituting fraud. Received cheap knock off of original advertisement. Nothing like the quality or 100% cotton, but still charge premium price.

False advertisement. Luxury leather boots were cheap nasty plastic ones. Copy of some nice Italian leathers. Spent $90 ( reduced price) on these that would never buy otherwise …

Purchased 3 linen outfits what arrived was rubbish, YOU WOULD NOT WASH YOUR FLOORS WITH THEM. THIS COMPANY IS A GHOST COMPANY IN CHINA. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. HAVE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO RETURN I HAVE HAD NO SUCCESS.HUST SILENCE. BEWARE.

Shipping took 10 days but worth the wait. Style was bang on.

The shoes I purchased were advertised as "Quality Italian leather" are actually made of vinyl without any product information inside the shoe. Do not order their shoes as they misrepresent their product. I would guess the shoes I received were a $20 Chinese made shoe. The worst product I have purchased online...Adam M

Paid $70 for orthopedic court shoes and received cheaply made strappy heels with no insole support or anything. Followed return process as instructed on their website but received no reply. Called the number it is not even connected. Later came to see online people with the same complaints and clearly a scam site. I wish I saw these reviews sooner.

Got a few summer basics. Good price and they looked just like the photos. Would recommend for sure.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots, $150.00 worth, over 2 months ago, and have not received them. Have sent numerous messages to them, not 1 reply. I demanded a full refund, this has not happened either. They are crooks, do not purchase from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Quality of clothing look good on website but in reality is utter rubbish. Spent $120 on jacket which turned out to be paper thin and probably worth no more than $20. Contacted organization via email 3 times and had no response back. Tried calling but numbers are fake. They need reporting but have no clue who to report them to so just going to cut my losses.

Product delivery was a very poor experience with no communication at all.

The tops were thin and not good quality for the price. I’m happy good money for good quality and this was certainly not the case. Better quality on TEMU for the price

I would not suggest shopping with this company.

I ordered two pair of pants. One came as advertised and they are reasonable quality, nothing special for the price. The other pair did not get sent.
I have contacted the company multiple times over an extended period and receive no response. The phone number on the website does not work and appears to be fake.
Great website, looks authentic but my experience has been really disappointing and looks like I have been scammed.

I purchased 2 of the same outfit in different colours - but received 2 the same colour. Quality is poor given price. Sizes run small. Was hoping to exchange but there has been no response from customer service. Don’t waste your money on this scamming company!

Purchased what was advertised as a cashmere cardigan, it was recycled polyester! They offered me a 10% discount? It is blatant false advertising, they apologised and said it was meant to say cashmere feel? It is still being sold as cashmere!! Do not buy from them!

Poor quality, poorly made & wrong colour. Website was easy enough to order from however once delivery arrived, the dress was nothing like what was pictured. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NOVIGOOD.

I placed an order over a month ago for an upcoming event, and the status still hasn’t moved past “preparing to ship.” I’ve sent three emails to follow up, and not one has been answered. The complete lack of communication and urgency is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this company again, and I strongly recommend others avoid the frustration.
