No contact after multiple emails over several weeks enquiring re return of poor quality, too small outfit. Also , called on phone number - not in service. I will contact and report these people to ACCC.

I wish I would've read all of these reviews before I fell for their scam - selling disgusting clothing. I ordered a dress for a wedding, that didn't arrive in time. When it did, boy was I shocked at the lack of quality. The dress was not even the same colour as advertised, the fabric was substandard - actually looks like the lining of a dress. You couldn't pay me to wear that piece of fabric anywhere. It isn't even good enough to donate, in my honest opinion. The fabric isn't even good enough to tear into pieces to use as rags!
Of course, I've been through the hoops to try to return it and after reading all of these reviews, I am going to go through my bank to get my money back.
This company should be ashamed, ripping so many people off. Hopefully, they will go out of business.

Note- Novigood is also the same company as Byron bay boutique .I Purchased 3 Hannah wool coats , however they did not have my wool in them . Sent them back at a cost of $90 (to me) , arrived at Chinese customs who sent them a notification however , they did not take them back so was out of pocket nearly $400 . The reason I am doing this review today is because I recently purchased from a company called Byron bay boutique when I recieved the item it was awful and when I went to send it back realised it was the same address AND phone number as novigood so don’t buy from Byron bay boutique either .

I have not received the item i paid for. I saw the reviews too late. I have written on multiple occasions seeking an update and ultimately a refund. NO RESPONSE.

I have reported this trader to the Australian Corporate Regulator. I have sought to have my credit card refunded by the bank.

Ordered 2 tops which did not fit.. have emailed the company 3 times over the past 2 weeks with no response. Also tried the phone number listed on the website.. number not in use.

I didn't buy anything but liked a jumpsuit they advertised, when I opened the page up I realised they have just used photo's from Free People, I know this because I have 3 of these jumpsuits!

Bought a pair of gorgeous sandals. Were advertised as Orthopedic Sandals…. I received the most disgusting uncomfortable pair of plastic rubbish. Contacted them for a return numerous times…. I lost count after the 7th time. Not one reply through phone call, email or Messenger.
Worth a call to the ACCC

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This site is a scam. You finally will receive a cheap knockoff in incorrect sizing at prices way above a $2 item which is what it is worth! Avoid!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM This is the umpteenth website using the same photos to scam people. Horrible plastic shoes, low quality and zero communication or refund. Don’t waste your money.

I wish I had read reviews before wasting my money. The website is deceptive. Very poor quality of material in dress and no give in the fabric. A small fitting. Took longer to deliver than expected. Avoid.

Scam.... no product delivered... no contact with customer service.. do not buy... scam...

Fraudulent reseller. Dress arrived. Quality fine but didn't fit. Like others they have fake contact addresses so you can't send the email to claim a refund in 30 days. Stay away.

BEWARE !! not a legitimate seller. I received the mens suit and it was clearly not the suit that was advertised and in there photos online in my opinion it looks like the item has been transhipped from china and it is very poor quality. The stitching is all puckered and the material is a cheap shiny polyester type of material nothing like the photos or description. With further research i found the same photos of my purchased item on there site are located on many other online sites selling cloths so clearly they are putting up photos of other companies clothing and passing them off as photographs of there cloths but believe me when they arrive they are worlds apart the company has not replied to my repeated emails for a refund ( beware their policy is that you have to pay for return postage ) which is fine but they fail to give you the return address and then don't answer your emails. I would not recommend buying from this site and believe they are misrepresenting there products and services in a fraudulent manner zero star rating from me for sure would advise against buying from this seller.

SCAM SCAM SCAM same as what everyone else is saying in this feed happened to me. End up spending more on postage and then followed by polite emails saying they will refund and it's never happened before that a package has bounced back. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY and REPORT REPORT REPORT!

This company is a rip off it's being done continuously, and they seem to be getting away with it . The clothes advertised is totally different from what they send you extremely bad quality, then they ask you to return it for which they make you believe they will be refunding your money . So you return the goods by post spending more money on the postage fees ,and they say once they have received it you will get your refund ...next you realise that the goods were refused to be accepted in China and are returned to you .After you had spent money on top of the cost of goods to return it ......this company is a scammer. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEE DO NOT BUY no matter how good the goods look in the advertised pics ....its totally substandard and you will never get your money back ....I'm surprised how they are still allowed to do business ......PLEASEEEE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS .....MAY THEY ROT IN HELL

I bought two men's cardigans from these thieves, both the same model in different colours. Absolutely shocking quality and completely different to the impressive images used online. As other people have stated here, when I asked for a refund I was encouraged to 'think about the environment' and keep the items. They even had the nerve to offer me a discount on any further purchases. After refusing these offers, I was asked to post the goods back to an address in China that looked incorrect and wasn't coming up on Google Maps. I contacted 'Emma' (most likely not the person's real name) and she told me it was the correct address. I followed up several times over the past three months or so and was told the goods had not yet arrived back at the factory. Today, they were returned to me. As feared, the parcel bounced back. I wasted around AUD$200, including on the return shipping. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these criminals.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE. My item was not to the standards or size that I ordered and they said I had to pay to return the item. This went on for months as I paid to return the item and just today the package got re sent back to me. Obviously false address! Scammers!

I would not even give this company 1/2 a star.
Products are not what they say. Cheap and terrible material.

I sent it back, spent 3 months in China to then be returned to me.

They will not issue a refund unless the product returned.

Product took over a month to arrive. Is nothing like the picture, different material and different design. completely fake advertising and crap quality. I wouldn't give it to my dog.

Sent it back to China, where the piece of rubbish came from. They didn't collect it from the post office, so it got sent back to me and they claim i cant get a refund until it returned. All they want to do is steal your money!!!

If i can find out how to get them shut down i would.

I wish them all a misfortune!
