If you need to take advantage of their 100 day sleep trial and return the mattress, beware that you will need to be able to take the mattress somewhere for donation. We do not own a vehicle that a mattress can fit in, so we only received a (slightly less) than half our purchase cost.

Ordered a mattress and 4 king pillows. Received the mattress and three pillows, contacted customer service and they were quick to resolve the issue and send me a replacement pillow. Highly recommend, products are very comfortable and customer service is quick.

We received a thinner mattress than we ordered. Since it is still very comfortable, we wanted to keep it.
Instead of sending it back, customer service gave us a discount. The money was in the account within a week.

We have a Novilla mattress in our home and decided to put one in our beach house as it is so comfortable. When placing the order, we were concerned about the mattress being delivered when we were away. Customer Service got involved and offered to expedite our order. It was shipped in 1day! So nice to work with a responsive company.

I ordered the bliss from novilla and quickly realized it was too firm for my girlfriend and I. After initiating the return process Novilla was very responsive and helpful. Within 3 or 4 days I received the refund, which was awesome. I then purchased the delight King size mattress which was rated to be softer than the bliss. After sleeping on the mattress for the past 3 weeks, I can definitely say this is one of the most comfortable mattresses I have slept on - and my girlfriend agrees. I recommend anyone to consider Novilla if they are interested in good quality budget friendly memory foam mattresses.

I bought there matress through their amazon store front. Just over a year we had a issue but they happily replace the matress with no cost to us. Really great customer service.

Novilla has the best customer service. They care about any issues and are extremely willing to make it right. The Mattress we have is very comfortable for the price we paid. I would definitely put Novilla in the category of Great value for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company!

My experience with novilla mattress was very bad. I ordered and paid for a 12 inch mattress. After several days mattress only deflated to around 10 inches. The mattress had a bad sinking problem in the center. I notified the Novilla customer service. They gave me the run arounds. They asked for photos and mattress tag numbers. I sent the photos to the customer representative phone number. I sent photos of the mattress with pictures that the mattress only deflated to 10 inches not 12. . After the initial reporting of the problem to customer service by phone, they are totally unavailable , and unresponsive by phone. They do not provide adequate communication therefore the 30 day trial is false, They offered no return nor resolution to their dishonest business practices. I would diffently WARN, BUYER BEWARE. I would NOT, recommend this product. The customer service is not real ,and truly almost none existent. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Will report to consumer affairs.

Purchased a mattress that was delivered on January 28th and as of this review has yet to fully inflate. Followed all the rules did what I was told and nothing, have been fighting for almost 3 months to get my refund back. I have a total of 60 messages they try to talk in circles they deposited the money in a wire transfer supposedly to a bank that I don't even bank at unfortunately when I called that bank I spoke to the supervisor of the wire transfer department and she put my routing number of my account in there and nothing came up because there was no wire transfer for me to a bank that I don't bank at there is not a federal wire transfer number in their system because it was never sent but this company keeps saying they sent it they sent me a snapshot so small and it couldn't even be enlarged I have requested numerous times to send me a bigger copy it has been refused. This company is also authorized to give me my refund back on my original charge card on which the mattress was purchased through the merchant services department and guess what they have refused they asked me to open up a PayPal account I did that then they went ahead and deposited my money in a bank where I don't even bank at this company has numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureau for doing this to Consumers when they have a faulty product I will make sure as a consumer cuz I work my ass off for my $297 that I will file every negative review in regards to their refund department against this company this is absolutely BS this is what I get for dealing with the company in China

Great mattress at an excellent price. I did All the research, compared with the Zinus 10" Green tea mattress, and the Linnenspa 10" hybrid on Amazon. After reading All the reviews, I decided to go with the Novilla 10" hybrid. Best decision I ever made. I'm a stomach/side sleeper with back problems, and this mattress has me sleeping like a baby! The mattress is firm, but the pillow top makes it extremely comfortable. Bye, bye back pain, hello sleep! Customer service is also top notch. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

Sent mattress to the wrong state! Can’t get customer service they are “off line”. No one answers their phone. This company is terrible! Wound up filing a claim with credit card and filing a report with the BBB!

Had an issue with inflation and comfort of they hybrid mattress and Novilla customer service rep Tracy handled it with grace and satisfied out concerns quickly. Back to sleeping in comfort. Thank you.

Write Novilla. There customer service people are very nice but what good are they if they are not allowed to answer technical questions about coil count, coil steel gauge, density of materials used etc. I want to know what I'm buying and paying for!
