My husband and I have used Novuna a few…
My husband and I have used Novuna a few times now for loans, they are always our first choice for loans because the rates are good, the app is easy to use and we can make regular overpayments. We recently moved and wanted a loan each to do a garage, garden and some home improvements inside. We both have quite a bit of disposable income, my loan was approved straight away but my husbands was declined for some reason. Upon reviewing our credit report we couldn't see a reason why. He ended up going elsewhere but it was disappointing as we have used this company several times before and never missed a payment.

Update - As you've not provided any information to allow me to look into this I'm hoping you've manage to identify what's going wrong?
This is very odd Tilly. Everything is working correctly, and you'll appreciate we would have been made aware of any IT issues impacting customers almost instantly (or IT team are extremely vigilant).
Logging into our system to check or amend details (either online or via our new mobile app) is indeed working as it should (I've just tested it with my own account). Once our customers register, all they need is a password and a pin, so there should be no reason to have to reset your password each time (unless you forgot it of course).
I've just checked our system and I haven't been able to find anyone with your first name, so I'm assuming we hold something different (that of a partner perhaps). There are of course some security features that you may be triggering (if you enter the wrong details a few times or someone else with access is also resetting the password?) but I'll send you a request for more information via Trustpilot. This will allow me to locate your agreement, and once I've done that I'll be able to see your login history and get to the bottom of what's happening with your password.
