Will never use Novuna again
Perhaps I’ve just been unlucky as I see the reviews are very good but my experience has been terrible. The home page doesn’t recognise me but confirms I’m already registered when I try to register again. Trying to reset my password isn’t working as it just goes round circles advising not recognised. I had issues trying to get the application through and when I called apart from person who couldn’t help with my issue it’s as if I’m bothering the person on the end of the phone. Will never use Novuna again.

I'm sorry not being able to log into your account seems to have caused you so much frustration.
I can see that you're a very recent customer, and it's unlikely your email is indeed already assigned to a legacy account. When registering and/or resetting access, you will need to confirm the details of your agreement for security reasons (e.g. agreement number, DOB and postcode). But as well as having tested this for you myself just now, I've also reached out to the correct department to check that this process is working as it should (which I can confirm it is).
Don't worry though, if you reached out to us over the phone I can also listen to your call recordings to fully understand the specific issues you've been having.
After clicking the 'Problems logging in?' link, and entering your email within the 'I want to reset my login details' section, please ensure you then check your junk email folder. The reset email we send after you perform these actions is usually sent instantly but can sometimes end up in there. Your unique reset link that email contains is then valid for 24 hours. So should you have followed this process within that time, the link may still work for you.

Regarding who has the higher APR, please read "Later Edit 2." I can prove with my KROO agreement with them that they have a lower APR and interest than you, because they already gave me those 10k at 10.69% APR, while you offered me 12% APR and rejected me despite my excellent credit score with no mistakes. With this, I am closing my review. Thank you for nothing.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOVUNA TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF THE LIES AND REJECTING PERCENTAGE AFTER HARD SEARCHES TO DAMAGE ANYONE CREDIT SCORE.
Later Edit 2: You said that KROO has a higher interest. BUT it is incorrect information you want to include in your reply to other clients. While you say you are offering the lowest interest and APR, I just want to tell you that on my Credit Karma account, you offered me a 12% APR, and I wasn't approved, even though you listed 100% approval. KROO on the same day offered me 10,69% APR with an annual interest of 10.20% fixed. So it is actually cheaper than you said, not higher. And I can prove that because I have a screenshot of your offer and the Loan agreement with KROO as well. I am not from KROO, and I am not paid to make their advertising; I am just telling you the fact. What I want from you as a big lender company is TO NOT LIE PEOPLE AND DO NOT SAY THAT PEOPLE ARE 100% APPROVED JUST FOR SHOWING OFF. MORE TRANSPARENCY and more HONESTY from you, and you will get respect from your potential clients.

As I specified in the text below, I have no areas, no missed payments, no CCJ, no defaults on my credit file, and an excellent credit score. How come other providers can give me a 10k loan in the same situation? Don't find excuses, just admit that you don't have people to carry out a real search and communication, and you are based on robots that, in most cases, reject clients, and you lose them.

My score just got an Excellent rating from 3 agencies: Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax. After a couple of days, it appeared on my Credit Karma that Novuna actually approved me "as Karma Confidence", which means I will get the money 100%, for a 10k loan. When I applied, surprise, I got rejected. In the meantime, I was 100% aproved by KROO (another lender provider), and I got the money, those 10k, in 2 hours in my bank account. So NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND NOVUNA TO ANYONE, BECAUSE THEY LIE IN THE CREDIT REFERENCE AGENCIES JUST FOR ADVERTISING THEM, and you will get rejected even if you have an excellent credit score with no defaults for over 8 years, no CCJ and everything paid on time, not even one missed payment, and I still got rejected.

You keep updating your comment, but it would be very useful (for us all) if you'd instead reply to the request I sent via Trustpilot to allow me to dive into your actual application details. Without that I'm simply speaking in generalities and can't be specific.
Those aren't excuses, I'm simply explaining that the information held by Credit Karma is not sufficient for us to make our final decision.
While we certainly declined your application for a genuine reason, each lender has a different criteria based upon their needs, target market or approaches. I obviously can't speak for any others, but ours is designed to ensure long term affordability. Where personal data or financial situation information is concerned, even minor discrepancies between what Credit Karma hold and the massive amounts of information we receive for you can lead to a decline. Please remember, the company you reference have an representative APR twice as high as we do, offer a maximum loan that's £10,000 less than we do and require you to be an account holder already to boot... so comparisons in criteria are likely extremely difficult.
While you did have a high likelihood of being approved (again, based on the information you gave Credit Karma), they clearly state on their website:
"Being 100% likely to be approved is still not a guarantee of approval. The lender will also need to verify your income, identity, and other information before you can be approved and the lender will carry out their own fraud and eligibility checks.".
Please respond to the email I generated with either your email address or application ID and I'll reach out to explain which factor lead to our decision.
Glad you're sorted though, even if you decided to take a loan with someone else.

Looked at some interest free finance via a trade company. Regardless of my substantial income this was declined, yet high street banks want to offer me finance. Frankly this is a poor finance group. Seems the computer said NO !!

As you'll understand, with any application made via one of our 3,000+ retail partners, your income is just one of the factors our systems take into account when making the final decision to approve or decline finance for your blinds.
I've had chance to review your application now, and can confirm that income wasn't why you were declined on this occasion.
Different lenders have different approaches when looking to ensure long-term affordability. I'd suggest you reviewed your credit file to double check that common decision factors (e.g. current arrears or outstanding debts) are all accurate. Glad you got everything sorted though.
