We had been cooperating with NOWPayments successfully for more than a year and processed nearly $1,000,000 through the platform.

Then, in a single day, our account was blocked without any clear explanation. We were simply cut off from access, with no ability to log in and no meaningful reason provided.

We have a license and supporting documents, and we were ready to clarify everything needed. However, no one was willing to properly explain the issue or engage in a constructive resolution. The account was just disabled.

For a payment provider, this is not an acceptable way to treat a long-term client with significant transaction history. Reliability, transparency, and clear communication are critical in this business. Based on our experience, NOWPayments failed on all three.

Tech support and the compliance department have completely stopped responding. We cannot log into our account. The company promised to reply, and we provided all the licensing documents, but right now we are being completely ignored.

Great platform. Can accept payments from over 300 crypto currencies, all without the user ever leaving my web app. With transaction fees of literally ~0.2% at times, up to ~0.6%. Thank you, NOWPayments!

I really struggled a lot to find any easiest crypto payment method for my forex trading education website and then I heard about NowPayments. It is super easy to configure, collect payments from my prospective students and even more easy to withdraw funds into my Binance account. Loving this service so far. I hope I could get Fiat payments approvals as well soon.

Absolute pleasure to work with the support agent. Got a response in under 5 minutes and had any questions and issues i had swiftly resolved.

Amazing service, working excellent

Extremely bad. They offer a crypto payment service for businesses. They setup email code as 2fa for login. It fails every few months, but if it happens during weekend, nobody is working. Same goes for any other issue you might have. They only have completely useless copy-paste-forward "support" over weekend. You have to wait for Monday to access your funds or process withdrawals. It might be urgent for your business but there is nobody there. It is not a serious company.

Edit: “ While certain processes may require additional verification for security purposes” This is their reply. It has nothing to do with what I wrote. They have a bot replying to customers. What kind of additional verification is necessary to receive an email to our registered address, with the login code. They don’t care about customers, PR support. 0 actual care or help

The best crypto payment I’ve ever used. Easy to use

Customer service is excellent. Helped resolve an issue that was my fault. Will gladly use their service again.

It was really quick and work less but only issue were the fee I was using my own money to see if it's working and in 15$ I got 9.5$ the else is wiped out even though the fee was too low and can't find any option to make it less
