I have received any payment yet so how can I rate you

Stay away from them. They are thieves and what they are doing is criminal, for years they have taken money out of my wages then refuse to return it “because I didn’t opt out” how can I opt out of I am never notified? Someone needs to be looking into this pension company and someone should be held accountable criminally. I am taking them to court.

Fantastic experience, very helpful. They did everything for me & before i knew it my pension was in.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with! Absolutely terrible communication, I have actually spoken to one person over the years and that conversation was utterly pointless. I have attempted multiple times to contact someone with no success whatsoever. I have been trying to arrange a pension transfer as the sooner I am away from this company the better. I have received dozens of statement emails but it won't allow me to log in and says my email doesn't exist. Extremely frustrating.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! They are the most incompetent pension company I've ever ever dealt with! I've sent all my information 3 times each time they tell me they don't have it even though you receive an automated email from them saying thank you for your email. I was told another live chat they do have the correct documents then the next day another advisor says they dont
The advisors on their chat their customer excellence skills are absolutely non existent! The ladt live chat advisor ended our chat halfway through and had the audacity to send a survey! Gutted my workplace feel the need to use them! Such incompetence

For 8 months I've been asking Now:pensions to transfer £13000 that I have with them to another company.
For 8 months they have lied and dissembled and have insisted that I complete a form that they make available only online. They will not send it to me in print. They say that I eitherhave to buy a printer or go on a course to learn new software skills.
I think that they are a fraud and a scam. They take your money, your pension and then do EVERYTHING possible to keep it from you. Just another scam, another pyramid scheme.
REMOVE YOUR MONEY FROM NOW:PENSIOSN WHILE YOU CAN!

Easy access to my pension, easy to navigate and straightforward to merge my other pension to this one

If I could give zero, that will definitely be my rate, the most worst company I have ever encounter so far. They have blocked my account for more than 8 months with my money as soon I registered with them, they then told me they will unlock it after two week for account check and still after 8 months I haven’t received any paperwork and they haven’t unblock my account. The address it’s correct so no excuse to that, but then I can’t get to my account and my money for a transfer, the customer service is terrible and awful they keep laying. It’s absolutely a SCAM, AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY, they just want to keep your money!!!!

Written a previous review blasting now as basically either incompetent or just don’t care. As I’ve cashed in my pension the only access I have on the app are my basic details, option to reinvest and chat facility. So I used chat and they were basically useless and told me more lies around reinvestment and the date I would get my money. It was supposedly at least another week longer than promise when I spent hours chasing them up last week.
Fortunately when I phoned the nice lady was actually very helpful and said it was all sorted their end. I would get an email saying when the money would be released then I would be up to my bank as to when it clears my end. Still not impressed that it’s still 2 days later than originally informed especially as I’d promised certain payments based on their information.
Usual they’re happy taking your money but getting it back is another conversation.
Follow up to reply. Every time I contact you I get a different story. You have no direct customer complaints contact and if you want to complain your agents seem to use that as an excuse to pass the buck. Some of the people I’ve spoken to seem to genuinely care but your system seems cheap and nasty and all you really want to do is function as a money making concern ( yes that’s what businesses do) without any real support structure.
All I’ve ever wanted is my money in time and an honest response to my questions not a different version each time.
I’m now not holding my breath in recent promises but if my money is not in my account tomorrow then it’s going to be referred to the ombudsman to see if I can get compensation for being messed about

My pension has lost approximately £60 in 9 years, I'd like to know why but cannot speak to anyone. Utterly disgusted.

I’m exasperated. Their website refuses to load (I’m in the US, but that shouldn’t matter), and their app spins and does nothing. I got a nice guy on the phone, who gave me the customer e-mail. I used it and explained. No answer — which is what the Reddit community say to expect from them. Basically, I can’t reach them to log in. I’ve never had a company behave like this. And with MY money.

I’ve been working with our contact, Ross Martin at NOW Pensions for the past couple of years, and more recently while setting up a new pension scheme. His support has been absolutely outstanding.
He’s incredibly knowledgeable and always explains things clearly, even when the queries are quite complex. What really stands out is how far he’s willing to go to help—he actually took the time to call me while he was on annual leave to help resolve a difficult issue, which says a lot about his commitment.
Ross is always patient, approachable, and genuinely cheerful, no matter how tricky things get. That makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with something as important (and sometimes confusing) as pensions.
He’s a real asset to NOW Pensions, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and the company based on the support I’ve received.

I have never written a bad review and hopefully this will go some way towards the disgrace i have for this company.
Not only did i need to write a formal complaint whilst they took their time to issue my pension, their response was insufficient. Now 4 months after the pension was paid, through chasing them i have now found out on my own, my original documents have been lost. There has been no compassion from them and even though i am informed that i will receive a call back on several occasions, it never happens. My personal data is somewhere and possibly being used by another. I have called ICO and the ombudsman and taken advice.
My comments here are to recommend that nobody puts themselves through this, DO NOT USE NOW Pensions. I have four pensions and have not had any issues with any of the others. NOW PENSIONS do not care for the regular public, their processes are insufficient and do not even bother to report such data breaches to the ICO.

I received fantastic support from Ross this morning. Ross took the time to explain things to me and how the process worked in a way that I could understand and I came off the call actually knowing what I needed to do next but also confident knowing if I got stuck again I could also just pick up the phone and ask.
Thank you Ross

I wanted to transfer my pension from Now Pensions (a pension provider from my previous employment) to my current pension provider.
I followed all the instructions they provided, filled out the appropriate forms etc.
I was then told they needed more information from me which I provided. I also contacted my existing pension provider on their instruction as they also needed to fill out a form.
Now Pensions then messaged to say they still needed more information and I contacted my current pension provider about this. They did not really understand why so many forms had to filled out as they said a pension transfer is normally a swift process. However, they did say they will check they have carried out all their necessary paperwork and confirm once done.
They sent me an email to say they have completed all the necessary paperwork and to let Now Pensions know this. I did this and requested confirmation.
Following this I heard nothing from Now Pensions. My current pension provider asked me if I had heard from them (as they had also chased them), they said they would have to close down 'my case' if there was no further movement from them.
I have chased Now Pensions several times with no response.
The current status is I have still have my pension contributions from my previous employment with Now Pensions that I am unable to transfer to my current pension provider despite following all the instructions. The whole process has been going on since January this year and they have made this a totally arduous experience.

I raised a complaint due to confusion caused by wording provided when I tried to transfer my previous pension out. I was assisted by Holly who looked into my issue and quickly provided me a clear, concise explanation, as well as acknowledging the confusion I had experienced. I was treated with respect all the way through my complaint, Holly provided great service and is an asset to the business.

This is an awful company to deal with. I lost my Husband in Dec 2025 and have been trying since Jan to get his pension paid back, the level of customer service has been shocking. Only once have I heard sorry for your loss whilst speaking to them and each time I ring I have to explain it all again and I have had ti ring a number of times and it is still not resolved the paperwork is sent in dribs and drabs instead of sending it all together especially under the circumstances. Being bereaved is hard enough without dealing with this. I have sent all the necessary paperwork yet this morning I received an email to say I need to send it. I am very unhappy with this company and I feel that there should be some retraining when it comes to dealing with people who are grieving.
