I just couldn’t understand how and who subscribed me, so as soon as I saw the unknown debits on my account, I had to stop it before I lost my money.

Unknown subscription

Hi. I don't remember myself signing up for a membership with your company. What I remember, I bought something online. The next thing my money was deducted from my bank account every two weeks. So now I need a refund and cancelled that membership which I don't remember signing up for.

Subscription scam

Had 2 unauthorised payments taken from my bank, for a subscription service I did not sign up for and nowscribble will not do anything about it. While on web chat the person was extremely rude and very unhelpful.
They will not provide a refund, for a service never used on a website never visited

My Subscription

I was involved in a process without my knowledge whereby money was removed from my account without my permission. However, this seems to have been redressed as the matter seems to now be in hand.
