Company was not fair to me from the onset..hidden cost and misleading marketing

I was surprised that I was signed up to this sight and tried to cancel straight away. However, the free subscription was 2 days with paid renewal there after. I cancelled anyway and Bob was very helpful agreeing to refund any charges made with the subscription renewal.

Should set clear rules and what is expected with the permission of the client for chargers not just charge

I have cancelled this subscription due to lack of information, my initial purchase was a JBL and never received the speaker and still got charged for subscription and speaker

I had some billing issues and the support team
did contact me to resolve the problem.

I paid 2euro for avent natural all in one (promo). And email I received stated that the membership will be renew in few days which is cost around 36euro. Checked with Kate and she mentioned that nothing such coming from their side. And it was a scam.

They made a promise for ap refund and to cancel the subscription as soon as possible

Responded to me in due time but I am still waiting to see if I can get a refund

İ like the fact that there was a good customer service to at least assure me that they can help me with my problem. I disked the fact that they just Got the money (26 euro) directly from my account without sending me a confirmation email at least. It annoyed me alot and i had to verify all my emails to understand where exactly the money went to. Please put yourself at my place. İ am just a student in a foreign country and i am not working. Imagine you open your bank app and realise that 40% of your month stipend just was just taken like that from your account at the begining of the month😭. Good customer service by kelvin Who at least gave me hope
