I ordered 2 lamps and was told one was not in stock and was offered a refund. This was over 2 months ago and I have still not received a refund despite my many emails and telephone calls. They don't answer their phone and they do not reply to emails. The lamps are not even that nice. Just clever marketing and good pictures. Don't waste your money.

Beware

I ordered a Light cost over £300.00 when it turned up it was it a real bad state. When i finally got someone to answere the phone they agreed to send another which urned up in even more of a mess. They never answer the phone and are not replying emails. I feel very coned.

I ordered a Kona floor lamp for £139 and a Rin lamp arrived instead which is £89 on their website. I sent an email to highlight the mistake including photos. I received a response in 7 minutes with apologies but asking for more photos which I already had sent but sent again and now the company has ghosted me. They sent me a cheaper product than the one I purchased and they show no sign of following up. Do not use them.

Item took a lot longer than advertised to arrive but it is very well made and beautiful

Very efficient with the order and delivery. Absolutely love my Sutikku floor lamp, changes the atmosphere in the room exactly how I expected. Customer service has been second to none. Highly recommend

I ordered from this company on 12/1/22 & the order cost £150.00. With time, it became obvious they were unable to supply the item (although they have not admitted to this). On 11/3/22 I requested a full refund & this was promised on 14/3/22. I have yet to receive my refund. I warn buyers to avoid this company. If zero stars were available, that would be my rating.

Really sturdy lamps! I use them for my dance business and it works wonders for my audience. People comment on the cool colours and club like vibe. Really happy with my buy and it's long lasting. I purchase it back in 2020/2021

Based off of customer service, I give a five star review. My item did take longer than expected, but they always let me know and communicated with me. Just got tracking on my lamp and am ready to be blown away. Great work Noxu.

This site is a card scam. Take your order. create a delay. Wait until your banks card transaction dispute time runs out and then ghost you. be warned!

Have only bought one lamp from Noxu, and had a problem with the remote capability - but replacement piece sent immediately with no question - and it’s just beautiful. After-sales service second to none. Will be buying lots more from them for sure.

My experience with Noxu Design has been extremely positive. Not only are their products amazing and of high quality, also their aftersales service is second to none. Michael and Sebastian have been so responsive, cooperative, understanding and generous in resolving an issue I had. I would highly recommend Noxu Design and I will certainly buy more of their products. What a great company!

I love Noxu. Their products are absolutely fantastic. I run a business that has multiple sites across the UK so I have purchased lots of items from Noxu. Always extremely impressed with the quality of the products and the operational ease. Their customer service team are extremely attentive, professional and caring and truly want to provide a positive experience for their customers. Noxu are the real deal!

I bought the lamp as a gift in Feb 2021. After just under a year it stopped working correctly so the recipient contacted Noxu customer service. He had a response <8 hours later with a guide to how to fix it. It now works perfectly! Fantastic service, will definitely buy again from Noxu Design. Highly recommended.

I bought a lamp from he NOXU company and it was a great addition to my bedroom. However, something did go wrong with it. The customer service dept was extremely helpful in resolving the problem. I have nothing but KUDOS to Michael in their service dept.

I can’t praise this company enough! I needed a floor lamp to sit at the bottom of the stairs, taking up the smallest space imaginable. Michael was very helpful and promptly answered my questions. I love the simplicity of the lamp and its sleek, modern look. It arrived within a couple of days and was well packaged. There were some slight marks on the base but, on contacting Noxu, a replacement was immediately dispatched. Yes, customer service does matter and this company has it in spades!
