We had an emergency situation where our existing panels were damaged in a recent storm. NPES came out quickly to secure the panels and were then able to reinstall them on a flat roof. The original incident had occurred due to another company not securing the panels appropriately. NPES were able to provide a written support which helped me make a successful claim for the work too. Great help and services all round.

The customer service, workmanship and professionalism from start to finish was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble - I asked a lot of questions during the pre-installation phase and Jon and the team did everything they could to specify a solar + storage system that would work for me within the budget that I had. They have also been very responsive throughout.

The installers worked very efficiently, were very accommodating of the fact that I was working from home and nothing was too much trouble. They also kept me in the loop on progress, explained what they were doing and why, and answered any questions I had along the way.

I am very pleased with my system - I have been off grid since installation and everything is working perfectly.

Scaffolders also turned up to erect and dismantle the scaffold on time, showing that they have great management of sub-contractors too.

I would certainly recommend NPES Solar to anyone looking to install a solar system.

Jon, Gary and the team recently installed our solar system. Their professionalism, quality and attention to detail were impeccable throughout. They were also very accommodating to a few last minute changes in requirements, including installing bird protection and off grid capability. We now have a top quality system, thanks to which we've used almost no grid electricity since installation. I would thoroughly recommend NPES Solar, they're a genuine hard working team of friendly professionals, delivering the best quality.

Great team at NPES, polite with a wide knowledge of different solar options. I appreciated working with the technical guys right from the first site visit and they have been quick to answer any questions. Our property has a complicated older terraced house layout but they worked really hard to find the least intrusive cable runs and a neat system installation under the 1st floor stairs. Very happy with the amount of power generated and especially with the battery storage meaning we can use solar power in the evening too. Wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others.

From initial contact to installation nothing has been an issue or too much of an ask. The 5 guys that came to fit my solar and powerwall have all been polite, have been tidy and done a fantastic job. Being an electrical engineer myself expectations were high. Don’t be hesitant as these guys will do a great job.

Professional Service, from Design to Installation. NPES (Jon and the team) couldn't do enough to ensure I was happy with the system and installation, even when our local Scaffolding company let them down, they took it all in stride and delivered the system and battery commissioned when they said they would.

I messaged NPESolar on Tuesday evening, after noticing that my original inverter had failed (just over 10 years so not bad), Jon emailed me a ver reasonable quote on Wednesday morning and managed to squeeze my installation in on Friday. Matt and Josh arrived a couple of minutes early, were very polite and professional, and had the job done in just over an hour. So far I am very happy with my Sofar inverter and definitely recommend giving NPESolar consideration if you need a replacement inverter (and I don't generally do recommendations). 👍👍👍

When my solar inverter stopped working ,I contacted three local installers. Jon from NPES contacted me very quickly ,and then after sending him the full details of my installation and some discussion through a few emails , a date was fixed . Jon and Gary arrived on time and completed a very good install . I would thoroughly recommend NPES solar to anyone wanting a competitive priced and first rate solar install.

At the end of two weeks since installation I am still getting to grips with the timer controls but John & Gary have been big helps & the system will continue to be monitored by the to ensure optimum performance

Worked along side Gary and his partner for the Lifting of Solar Units to roof. These guys are the best installers around the uk. Good team work and communication.

We needed a new PV inverter and wanted a diverter to put excess energy through our immersion heater for FREE hot water.
Jon of NPES told us the options to choose from.
The efficient installation was completed in a morning without fuss or mess by a couple of friendly engineers.

We would highly recommend NPES Solar for the quality of their work,, for the way they co-ordinated with the roofing contractor T&L Roofline, for the professionalism of the team, for their integrity and for the way they have responded to us as customers, before during and after the job was completed.

Our solar installation had to be removed and replaced as we needed a new roof. In looking around at companies on the SolarEdge list, we were most impressed with NPES Solar and contracted with them to do what was needed.

We knew we had some problems with the original installation, and Gary and the team identified some major issues, which they sorted out when they reinstalled the panels and reconfigured the management system.

They also carefully explained what was needed as they sorted it all out. Overall we could not recommend them highly enough. Great work NPES Solar.

Had been experiencing issues with my solar panels inverter, so rang up Npes and spoke with Jon.
After listening, Jon advised to get the replaced with a “Sofar inverter” that came very competitively priced but more importantly for me also came with a 10 year warranty as well as Wi-Fi monitoring all included in the price.

Jon then made arrangements for Mat to come round and do the work, who in turn did a Stirling job.

For any future works that may be required on my solar panels system, Npes will be my first port of call.

What a good experience, the company who fitted my solar panels had gone bump, trying to get them fixed through the warranty was none existent, made a phone call to these guys and within a couple of days they came out and fixed the problem at a competitive price, the fitter went through everything I needed to know about and was polite and cheerful, would well recommend these guys
