Extremely unhelpful - avoid!

I purchased a handful of "Digi-X" DMR radios second hand from facebook and have been trying to reprogram them to more useful frequencies.

NRCRadio confirmed that they are the manufacturers and that Digi-X is their own brand.

NRCRadio do not sell programming cables or software for their readios.

NRCRadio would not, even after offering to pay for the service, be willing to reprogram the radios I currently own as "they refuse to touch them if they've been bought online".

Extremely unhelpful, downright unfriendly and absolutely no need for it. I have multiple licenses that cover my use of the frequencies these radios operate on, but they're nearly useless as you can't reprogram the units or even turn the power down.
