Great service from NRS Healthcare

I had the pleasure of experiencing the excellent service of NRS Healthcare on Saturday 8th February 2025. Engineer Mark exchanged my 4 wheel walker which gives me independence and mobility. I had a fall in November 2023 and was hospitalised. I needed the aid of a walker and was supplied with a 4 wheel walker by NRS Healthcare. I had used it since November 2023 and the brakes needed adjustment. However, on Saturday 8th February 2025 NRS Healthcare gave me a new 4 wheel walker and took back the original. This has maintained my independence and mobility. Thank you NRS Healthcare. You’re great.

This company is a disgrace

This company is a disgrace. My nan had passed away and we are still waiting for them to collect the bed. They havent turned up on 3 different occasions and never even called to say they wasnt coming. On one occasion we waited in way beyond the alotted time and when they did eventually turn up the van wasn't big enough to pick up the bed. The staff on the telephone are patronising and we are still waiting for a manager to call back. We need to hand the property back to the owners but we can't do so yet until they come and collect the bed. Not sure I really want to sit in my dead nans flat any longer. We called today and they said that they should be coming Friday, let's see if they actually do make an appearance.

Cowboy builders, avoid avoid avoid

My mum had a visit, from there so called experts. The work started to in June 2023 to have a new boiler, new insulated flat roof, and cavity wall insulation as well as trickle vents to windows and extractor fans to bathroom and kitchen.
So after me fitting the trickle vents, and extractor fans (as there to busy and didn’t no how to do it) I’m also a builder so just want the jobs done!! It’s now January 2024 and the roof is not complete, neither the boiler work. And we have now been told they can’t do the cavity wall insulation???? Avoid this cowboy company at ALL costs !!!

If I could give 0 I would

If I could give 0 I would. My mum was entitled to a new boiler through the grant scheme.
Someone came out to assess the property and it was booked in quickly. The boiler was fitted by NRS through Igni and then the problems started.
The boiler was constantly losing pressure - 7+ times a day. We called and were told that someone would come and fix it. Someone came out and found a small leak on a radiator - they fixed this and left after 20 minutes.
My mum was also entitled to loft insulation - we were told they would need to get special equipment for this. The date changed for this repeatedly and I only found out that they weren’t coming one day when I phoned the day before to ask them something else. She has had extractor fans fitted in the bathroom and kitchen - the wiring and plastic covering on the wall in the kitchen has fallen off, stickers have been left on the plastic coverings. They left late at night and with her house in a complete state.
The problems with the water pressure continued. We contacted NRS and left messages (over a period of weeks) - none returned. I contacted Igni who assured me they’d get it sorted. Two weeks went by with no more contact. I contacted Igni again, explaining my continuing issues with NRS - still they wanted to send someone from NRS to fix it.
They came yesterday and fixed the leak. We were both relieved and happy it was sorted. About 15 minutes after the engineers left the radiators down stairs went cold. The heating and hot water had stopped working. I called an emergency plumber today and he found that the engineers had called the flow pipes to the heating and hot water downstairs. They had run water through the boiler with a hosepipe going out of one of the radiators to make the downstairs ones feel warm to convince us everything by was working. It was a complete botch job.
I have called Igni to complain again today and they passed me to NRS who want our plumber to write a report so it won’t happen again.
My mum does not want their engineers anywhere near her house again. I repeatedly explained to Igni the issues we had had with NRS but they continue to insist that they are normally very reliable and it must just be a one off - I could believe that if it weren’t for the fact that there have been issues with EVERY part of the process.
This is the worst service I have heard of and would advise others to look at other companies for help.

Can’t recommend this company

Can’t recommend this company, unsafe! You can waste a lot of valuable time dealing with them with post order issues. You will have to pay extra to have a set time because you’re going to have to oversee their work. Do not sign for incomplete work. Ask them to remove the faulty equipment they try to leave there. Their outcome confirmation is not clear and it can show outcome complete when it clearly isn’t. Do not feel that trained installers of adjustable equipment are being used when Fit is requested, appear to be delivery people. Think customer signatures of completed works may not always be by the customer or requested when works are not completed satisfactorily. Their online ordering system is ok could be better. Their follow up to raised alerts, feedback, complaints is awful. Some customer service staff are good others, I suspect, may drop a call if it’s too complicated and then it takes a while to get back through again. Then if something’s done on the phone it doesn’t always show online and gets lost. I’d go with someone else unless it doesn’t need installing or adjusting.

Scammed by this company

Scammed by this company and my complaint ignored. I have been charged for a service that I did not sign up for @£4.50 per week. Complained but ignored. Looking at the forums, this is an ongoing scam.

Net Real Solutions

Net Real Solutions - rename as 'Net Scam Solutions!!!'

Another company, like My Media Games and Fitguru who subscribe people to their 'products' without their knowledge.

Back in July, I found a text message stating I had subscribed to 'Applicateka'. No idea what the hell this was and certainly did not see anything whilst browsing the internet on my phone. Got charged for something I never heard of or wanted. It appears that NRS are based in Spain. I have seen many complaints about this and other companies scamming people out of their money.

Something should be done to stop them. I have reported them to my phone provider and the regulator, the PSA. I suggest you do the same; the more we report these scammers, the more likely something will be done!!!
