They must improve their customer support, but aside from that all is good.
I was interested in where the products are imported from, but they didn’t know.
In general, I like this store. The prices are reasonable, and the assortment is great. The service is quick and efficient, and you can even place an order online.

The guide for reviewing suggests being constructive. I am not sure how to make the review of my experience with this company constructive.
I made my first (and Last) order with this company through smiles/elGrocer on 16 September 2023.
It seemed reasonably priced and as it specialised in fruit and veg I expected the quality to be good.
In fact the online ordering happily recorded my order, then removed an item which they no longer had, then offered me the substitution function for 3 additional items, but with zero substitutions available. So 4 of the items I was able to order were not available.
The order was then rescheduled without reference to me or my plans, and as a result I had to reschedule a personal appointment because I had no one home to take the delivery. It is bad enough when a delivery slot is from 10am to 4pm, but then to completely change days without any regard for the customer is unacceptable.
As it happens I can say the delivery was made by 12.30 and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful.
The quality of the food however was a shock to say the least. One of the lettuce was badly wilted, the carrots were dry and soft, and the spring onions were appallingly shrivelled.
I will never order from this company again and I would recommend to everyone who reads this not to order from them either.
I cannot say how disappointed I was with the whole process and the final product. Everyone of the smaller supermarkets I order with through elGrocer/Smiles provide fresher produce and more timely delivery.

I had a great experience ordering fruits from NRTC fresh. The staff is very friendly and extremely professional. They are also very punctual when it comes to order delivery. I will definitely keep on ordering from this place in the future and highly recommends it for everyone! Special thanks to Sher Khan who made the experience even better!

I ordered soursop and was able to talk to Caramel from Customer Service. She's very accommodating and pleasant. Great service and got my order here fast. Thanks :)

Ordered from NRTC the usual stuff, when I saw the product I was surprised to see that they remembered my birthday and sent gifts 🎁

Always fresh and nicely packed. Issues are solved fast. Prices fair. I'm NRTC customer now since quiet a while and i'm always satisfied.

My experience with the fruits delivered are pathetic specifically the mangoes are send green and raw they have issue with the quality check and don’t read the customer request what he is asking.
But caramel and Ahmed from complain handling team are doing exceptional job in handling the complaint and sorting the issue b coz of these guyz I might continue to be customer of the company otherwise very bad experience overall in terms of fruit quality.

That was really fast, I ordered yesterday and in my status it's still in process..so I called up the customer service. Not even 10 minutes and my concern has been solved. The delivered fruits and veggies is really fresh. Thank you and will definitely use this delivery from now onwards

I placed an order and tried calling them. after waiting in queue phone would get disconnected. Could not find out about what was happening with the order. Money was prepaid into their account
