Arrived in good time. However, the print quality was rather poor. Text hardly readable. For me it definitely didn't live up to expectation.

I ordered a digital certificate and…
I ordered a digital certificate and after a week I hadn’t received it so tried to contact the company After a second try I got through and they were very apologetic sent the certificate straightaway and refunded my costs. Mistakes do happen it’s how they are dealt with that’s important and in this case the error was rectified immediately

Inaccurate product description.
The product was not what the description conveyed. It lacked a major fundamental part of what it needed to have and therefore it was useless to me. The left out portion was arguably the most important part of the entire product and therefore was exactly a waste of money for me and couldn't be used. This all could have been avoided by a accurate product description. Other than that it was great.
