Fantastic service from Nathan really happy

I did not want to used the Virgin Media 5X hub as you can not get it in to modem mode! So after reaching out to a friend they recommended this store and I came here.

thanks to the fantastic customer service, all you have to do is buy the X-ONU-SFPP Stick, you select the virgin media 5x option and they will get the stick programmed so when you receive the X-ONU-SFPP stick it is basically Plug and play.

I had to buy a switch as my router I wanted to use did not have a X-ONU-SFPP port.

So I also brought a switch from here too. All you have to do is insert the stick in to the correct port and use the wire kit to make sure you can plug your fibre wire in to the stick.

So if you need support you can come here and the customer service is the best.

Also the X-ONU-SFPP can run hot but again this site has the fans available too.

So since I have installed it, the internet service around the house is so much better and you get the speeds you are paying for.

So this X-ONU-SFPP is your new modem as such. 100% BUY If you want to be free from the Virgin Media 5x hub.
