Return and exchange process..
Return and exchange process was done efficiently but there was no response to my question whether there was a difference in price between the starter pack (unavailable) and the individual mask and nose piece which replaced it.

The air mini is too noisy to use. Air rushes out from around the humidifier making it uncomfortable as well as noisy.

Melody was very informative with the information I needed to make my decisions. she pointed out from a check of my machine's chip that I was not seeing the full benefits of my old machine. On purchasing my new machine she suggested I try the full face mask and has offered useful tips whilst monitoring this trial period.
