I just purchased my second laptop
I just purchased my second laptop. I returned because of the customer service and technical help I received at Nterra after the purchase of my first laptop, which was very good. They take the time to listen and help. This time I walked in and asked for an upgrade to my old computer. They had my old system info on hand which made it easier to help with my choices. I was out of the shop in five minutes and picked up my computer the next day. It is exactly what I wanted and they gave me some very useful advice to help my do the setup at home. But they also made it clear that could help at any point.
