Terrible and rude customer service.

Been a client for years, decent product/ price level but as soon something goes wrong, you will find out what the people behind this business are really made off.
My order been wrongly sent to a distant “packstation”, a place that will take me at least one hour by bus each way.
I contacted the customer services and there is absolutely nothing that they are willing to do about it, only some rude personnel... “for so many years we sent it right and this time something has happened”, so I have the problem!
I contacted they services again asking how to proceed to have a refund as I don’t have the time to pick up the package and there is of course, no answer.
Just in case, I checked the “packstation” that is 5 min walk from to my place and they are not at all full or closed for holidays.
I just realized that buying from NU3 is a quite some risk, as in case something goes wrong they will not do anything about it.
Please check the other one star reviews and you will find the same kind of problems.
