Nuacom has provided me with great support since my previous supplier exited the market. I appreciate Anthony's patient explanations and Vaibhav's onboarding training, which made everything run smoothly.

Quick and easy service

We got in contact with NUACOM after our previous provider declared they were leaving the market. Our initial meeting was held with Anthony who explained in a clear, concise manner the process of porting numbers from one provider to another and went through their product offering in detail. It seemed so easy and straightforward we decided to proceed. The subsequent onboarding with Vaibhav was again extremely straightforward. There was no downtime and no impact to our business which was an initial concern. Overall the customer service and support so far has been amazing.

Couldn't ask for better

We are new customers of Nuacom and so far I can't praise them enough. The onboarding was made so simple and on the two occasions since that I have needed to contact them for support they were back to me within minutes and sorted out my issue. I couldn't ask for better service.

Good Product with excellent service

The initial enquiry came from a call from James who went through all their product details and how it would replace our Blueface system who are leaving the market. We proceeded with Nuacom's deal which was good and Vaibhav set up the system and went through everything in detail with us. Vaibhav was extremely helpful and we thank him for that.

Being a sole trader and new to VOIP I…

Being a sole trader and new to VOIP I had certain requirements which I was seeking. The team at Nuacom arranged a one-on-one demonstration of the product and upon signing up to the service Vaibhav talked me through the set up.
I’ve been using the service for two weeks now, and have had no problems to date. So far, I’m very happy with my decision and would recommend Nuacom.
