Nu Calm is the Ultimate Nervous System Reset & So Much More - Nu Calm actually Works.

After 65 years along came Nu Calm - A Game Changer for ones nervous system who ever you are in life - Nu Calm was highly recommended to me by a friend - Signed up for the free trial - 3 monthly subscriptions later - Signed up & paid for the year - 6 Months in & just paid however many thousand dollars for the Ultimate Nu Calm Subscription - Mastermind 2.0 - I guess that says it all hey - So let's discuss the discs - A friend introduced me to the discs & I was very sceptical - Now I would not have a disc on my inside left wrist 2cm in from the wrist hand line at least 6 days out of 7 days - Let's just say if it is not in my wrist I know it instinctively !!!

Total scam

Total scam. Trick you into an annual membership for a nominal amount like $29 then after you cancel they that auto-charge a ridiculous amount WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION $499. another year you don’t want AT ALL and they refuse to refund.

Details of my correspondence with them — my credit card company would not deal with them so I lost hundreds of dollars (like $800!!)

“Since I have not heard from you, let me reiterate my request:
1) Please deposit $323.99 to my Discover card ending in x6837 within 10 days. This amount is the difference from the
bogus charge on 28 NOV 2024 $499.90 (never approved) and the partial refund amount from 1 DEC 2024 of $175.91
(that was also never approved).
2) Nowhere did I agree to a subscription renewal rate of $499.90.
3) I initially planned to try this product for $26.99 and then realized I couldn’t really use it without upgrading and
spending an additional $286.10. After a few months of frustration with “greyed out so not usable” and not usable unless
on WIFI overnight (I am a Boat Captain and on the water with no WIFI most nights), I decided this was NOT for me and
believed I had successfully cancelled (I may have had two accounts as there may have been two different emails used —
Xxx.com and xxx.com@gmail). All emails from NuCalm stopped on 28 March 2024 so I
was certain it was cancelled.
4) On the same day and within minutes of the charge (30 NOV 2024), I immediately contacted support
AGAIN and reiterated I did not want this product, made numerous attempts to cancel which I thought were successful
(website was down for maintenance) and I requested help with cancellation AGAIN. I also deleted the app from all my
devices.
5) This is a serious matter as I have been charged a total of $812.99 for a software product I don’t like, I don’t want and I
hardly ever used. I have accepted that I tried this product for $26.99 plus $286.10 in 2023-2024, so wasted $313.09 of
my hard earned money already. I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to waste another $499.90 and will continue to dispute and fight
this until justice is served.
6) Additionally, I have written to Rich Roll Podcast (where I originally heard about the product) and explained my
experience and recent poor customer service by NuCalm. AS OF NOW, I would not recommend this product to anyone
and I strongly believe it is a TOTAL SCAM.
At a minimum, customer service at a reputable company would have reversed the $499.90 charge in full last November
2024. Again, you already had $313.09 of my hard earned money that you did not earn — how can you possibly charge
me another $499.90 — SCAM.
7) Discover has told me you documented 170 days of “use” which cannot be true unless you had a background process
running when the app was not in use. Additionally, that’s about 6 months time (170/30=5.6 months) of the 12 months I
had already paid for NOV 2023-NOV 2024. Coincidentally, when all communications stopped MARCH 2024 so that data
… while INACCURATE is also a moot point as I had paid $313.09 for that period of time whether I used it ZERO days or
365 days means nothing to this case.
8) FREE software called “White Noise” work better for “calm sleep”. Your product has only caused me pain and stress
