Problems with delivery and very difficult to communicate with. Online chats don’t respond neither do emails. Hugely disappointed

I’ve purchased from nuddy for some time now and am a huge advocate of their products. I never had to contact their customer service until now, but unfortunately I had a delivery left in the rain. It took over a week to get a response from the team, and that was after 2 emails, a web contact form and posting on instagram. Whilst they have now tried to resolve the situation, it has been a poor service experience.

Long long time I’ve been looking for this kind of soap which I can wash my body my hair smells good I like it a lot

I’ve always looked for natural soaps &shampoo bars & I thought Nuddy was the best one for me & I was right,so now I wouldn’t use anything else having sensitive skin.so thank you very much from a very happy customer.also from ordering to delivery is always pretty fast.Thank you so much.

Nuddy soap is lovely, lathers well. Much better than the usual perfumed soaps.

Excellent product (I bought the soap bars) at a really competitive price. Speed of delivery was excellent.
I won't hesitate to buy from you again.

Excellent customer service & first class products

I love this wonderful brand. The cleansing bar is amazing, it doesnt go soggy either, Leaves hair healthy and skin soft,As does the hair butter. The body moisturiser is fab too!! Honestly can't fault NUDDY and I am honestly happy I started ordering and continue to do so. They give lovely discounts as well which helps. So I highly recommend you add nuddy into your regime. X

Dear Kassi
I have received two emails on consecutive days this week about offers you have - the first one for a ‘free’ cleansing bar- when I went into the checkout, the postage on this ‘free’ Cleanse bar was quoted at £8 - see screen shot at the foot of this email.
Today, I’ve received another offer for 70% off the soap bar and put three items into my basket- but the postage shocked me at £11.95! I know you say that postage is free if spending £30 but that’s not something I’m happy to do - but i am happy to pay a reasonable postage charge.
Needless to say, I have not ordered anything as I think your postage is unreasonable high.
I am very disappointed as I love the two items I am currently using.

Really loved their old stuff. Gorgeous scents and felt good for my hair and the environment but now they've rebranded and scrapped half their products and doubled the price of everything. I'm not sure anyone can really sustain purchasing shampoo at £16 per bar. Think I'm going to have to look elsewhere now.

Just like a previous reviewer I bought the new cocoa cleanse bar to use on my hair, just because Nuddy have withdrawn all their bar shampoos, including the cocoa shampoo bar I really liked. I was actually hoping it was the same product and despite Nuddy’s statement that it’s a totally different formula, it certainly doesn’t feel that way. So I’m conflicted - I genuinely love the product, but not the fact that I’d to pay nearly double the price to get it!

Lovely, creamy, and fragrant 'soap'. Expensive, but we all need to treat ourselves once in a while!

Packaging was good. Not sure why mint soaps were in paper. The others were in boxes which was better. The soaps are the best we've ever used which is why I took advantage of the sale and bought as many as we could afford right now.

Arrived quick and is a good quantity, looks and smells ok. Have had no issues with their soap.

Ive had a few nuddy orders over the last year or so and all have taken quite a while to arrive. But this time has been ridiculous, ordered a shampoo bar on the 20th of April, and for the expensive delivery you'd expect it within a week at least. Nothing came through, contacted customer service who couldn't track it for me and couldn't give me any updates. 2 weeks passed, 20 days later I push again, they tell me its been lost and a replacement is coming today or tomorrow. Still nothing, this was a week ago. Ordered this for holiday with plenty of time for it to arrive and it just never did. I think for a brand who's recently rebranded themselves as 'premium' product, you'd expect a much better service than this. Hopefully it'll be there by the time I'm back from holiday which really defeats the point but there you go...
