Love nudie jeans. Delivery has always been quick and colours and fit as expected. I have bought a few pairs over the years and the only place I buy jeans from!

Helpful customer support
I was given a £100 gift card as a present a few months ago, unfortunately I managed to lose it...
I emailed customer support about the situation with a photo of the receipt and they replied 3 days later with my recovered code.
I had already bought a pair of jeans in store a week before but when I went back and explained they refunded me and allowed me to re-buy them with the gift card. Also I asked for the jeans to be hemmed and they turned it round by the end of the day, really happy with the service.
Repairs are impossible from a distance
Paid £50 each for two pairs of Nudie Jeans in TK Maxx, far more than I would normally pay for jeans but I was suckered in with the "Free repairs forever" promise. Both pairs wore out in the crotch in less than 12 months, easily the worst jeans I have ever purchased. But no worries right, free repairs? Problem is they only have repair shops in London and Birmingham and you cannot send them by post, you have to visit for both drop off and collection, on different days.
Poor Quality: Nudie Jeans Pants Fail in Less Than 6 Months
I purchased two Gritty Jackson pants from them, and within less than 6 months of regular use without washing, they were torn. They don't offer a warranty, and their solution is free repairs, which doesn't compensate for the damage as you end up with patched pants that eventually become unusable.
At store 116 Bedford ave Brooklyn 11249…
At store 116 Bedford ave Brooklyn 11249 Firstly on 1/24/2024 the jeans I really wanted was on the sale rack which ended up not being on sale because it was mistakenly placed there, so I settle for a less ideal pants.
Returned them the next day due to the front desk staff forgetting to remove security scanner. Returned them the next day. On 1/25/2024 at 1215pm I was not greeted with open arms Kal the staff remained seated behind desk in back which I thought is very unprofessional when a customer walks in. Kal was so much of a rude weirdo, I was distracted by the way I was being treated as if he was upset with his day, I wasn’t able to focus on getting the pair of pants I actually wanted.
First he tried to tell me I can’t have a refund even though I have a receipt and a security scanner on the jeans and presented my id and credit card haha, then corrected himself after having to repeat himself. I traded in the pair I initially had purchased the day before unfortunately and walked away with the pants I actually wanted. But then after feeling ripped off and treated very poorly, on the same day of trade I decided to return and get a full refund. As a new costumer I’m highly disappointed in his service. I convinced another costumer not to purchase at the same time who I didn’t know but had felt the same feeling I did. So sad. I don’t feel good about nudie anymore.
I do not understand why Nudie Jeans get…
I do not understand why Nudie Jeans get so many bad reviews. I think they are made of excellent denim, much softer than other brands and also no so heavy. Then they have a good selection of cuts, and colors. Modern and fresh. I also liked their shop and service here in Munich, Germany. I personally was very glad to discover this brand even if I have to pay Eur 180 for some of their jeans.
Amazing Customer Service
Ordered a pair and amazing customer service. They offered an expedited delivery at a charge but my order wasn't even picked up till the delivery date, With Storms and Christmas the order was further delayed. I emailed their customer service about this and they offered a refund on the delivery and apologised. One of the better customer service experiences I've had recently, hope it continues.
UK customers avoid online
If you’re in the UK don’t waste your time ordering online. Postage was £10 for a T-shirt, customer services told me some nonsense about the cost being so that customers order less to be more eco friendly or some nonsense, then the package turned up in a plastic bag. Go figure. Returned the parcel only to be charged £8 for the return. So nearly £20 in total for a wasted experience.
Nudie Jeans Rocks My World!
Just snagged a pair of Nudie jeans, and holy smokes, these bad boys are killer! Seriously, the quality is off the charts – comfy and stylish like you wouldn't believe.
But it's not just the jeans, it's the whole vibe. Ordering was a breeze, and bam, my package showed up looking all fancy and quick.
What really gets me is that Nudie's all about good vibes and being eco-friendly. That's my jam, and now I'm a Nudie fan for life.
Rock on, Nudie! You've got me hooked. 🙌
I’ve had nothing but a great experience…
I’ve had nothing but a great experience with my nudies jeans and I’ve been a customer for many years with still a few pairs and getting free repairs.
Bad quality and poorer service
While I like the fit of the jeans, they never last very long and are not inexpensive either. Nudie offers a free repair service which you unfortunately need sooner than you'd think (due to the poor quality) but then they are quite unfriendly and take a long time. The tip of the iceberg is that after taking forever, they send you an e-mail threatening that they will keep the jeans if you don't come quickly. And when I came to pick them up, they hadn't done the actual repair :( what a joke. I also tried to get two jeans repaired at the same time (as I don't pass by the shop frequently) but that was rejected, too. Switching away from Nudie!
Poor service and attitude
Poor, indifferent service dished up with an unpleasant attitude. My wife and I travelled in to London specifically to visit the store in Monmouth St. we arrived at 10:35, the signs are quite clear with regard to opening times - 10am and on this occasion there was no sign to suggest anything different. We tried calling no answer. We saw someone entering the store who said they would open soon - v impolite and dismissive. We came back at just after 11 and this time knocked the door - again very dismissive and indifferent - and the reason for not opening - they were doing a stock take!! Having read other reviews there is clearly a problem with this store - don’t bother , they don’t deserve your business !
Inconsistent Sizing
Jeans are decent quality it seems. I have one pair of breezy britt that are a pretty good fit. Ordered another pair in supposedly the same size and there's two inches spare at the waist. Had to return at my own cost. Would expect better for the price.
£8 to return jeans
£8 to return jeans, sold to you as a requirement ‘for environmental reasons’. What a load of old cobblers
Don't
Bought black jeans. Was told color would fade if I kept things in the pockets. I never did this.
Then I washed them inside out. Shook them out, then air dried them. Now they have white lines running down the legs. I was told by post sales customer support in-store and online that I should have hand flattened them while wet...never in my life...and was not told this when I bought them.
Asked for a return/exchange, was told to re-dye at home.
Over £100 for jeans that wears as badly as cheap Gap khakis.
Would not recommend. Will go to Edwin jeans.
Poor quality jeans have not lasted long…
Poor quality jeans have not lasted long before the crotch has torn and the stitching has come loose in the pockets. Customers services telling me or a tailor to repair with the kit even though they will just tear again. Not the quality I expected from expensive jeans designed to last. So disappointed and a waste for hard earned saved up money that I used to treat myself to jeans I expected to last a very long time. Lucy and yak jeans far more durable and real quality. All not helpful to the environment making poor quality jeans even if they are guaranteed free repairs for life as won't last that long!
Not durable, weird customer service
I’ve had three pairs of Nudie jeans and three have worn out quicker than a single pair of Levi’s do.
Tried to ask Nudie jeans store to repair the last one and they at first tried to convince me to have a 20% discount on a new pair instead.
After finally agreeing to attempt the repair they took my details but when I wanted to be opted out of marketing they insisted that they couldn’t submit the repair request without checking the agree to marketing box… started receiving their marketing emails shortly after against my request.
Superb Service
Will Cowley (the store manager) was the most welcoming and professional despite me rushing into the store 15 mins before opening hours. He helped finding a perfect pair of jeans for my occasion and without his expertise, I would have picked the wrong size! Best shopping experience in Melbourne thus far.
smelling problem
I've used their Soho shop for purchases and repairs for a number of years. I took a pair of jeans in for repair yesterday to be told by a new shop assistant that as they'd been newly washed they might start smelling and therefore they weren't prepared to take them in. This apparently happens quite often according to the assistant. This is absurd. I'll never go there again and will never buy from them again.
Poor quality, unhelpful customer service.
Bought a pair of Steady Eddie II jeans in a 32w and when they arrived the waist actually measured 36”. Contacted customer service and they offered no help. Looking at the other reviews it’s pretty clear the company is cutting corners and the quality has fallen off a cliff. I wish I read the reviews before I purchased because it looks like I’m now stuck with them. My advice would be to avoid Nudie at all costs.
NOT FREE REPAIRS FOR LIFE
I paid three figures for my pair of nudie jeans hoping they would be a pair to last, the reality is I have had jeans from primark that have lasted longer. When the zipper broke, I asked if a new zip could be sent to me, or I could be reimbursed and have the zip repaired at a tailor as I don't live in London or Birmingham to visit them in-store. They declined. Their website states "Free repairs forever
Every pair of Nudie Jeans comes with a promise of free repairs. No matter when or where you got them."
Not true.
Conning customers and hiding behind sustainability to do it.
