The package was missing some items. The contractor they use was only worried about getting it done quickly to get paid no attention to small details. Dose not stand behind his work as he so called claimed. Nu-Fab also dose not stand behind their contractor and when I contacted them with issues I was having with the Contractor I was told it was not Nu-Fabs problem. If you get a package from them build it yourself or hire someone else to build it. I am dealing with a shingle issue that was not done properly from the start and was confirmed by Len from Nufab. He said he would look into it and that was in June. I always had to contact Len. He never once returned any of my calls.
Every time I talked to him it was one delay after another. When I tried to contact Lens superior they did not return my call or leave a message. It is pretty sad when a big company like that does not care about after product service. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. They do not care
