I been trying to renew my subscription all day & it keeps saying card declined regardless of using multiple cards. Bank verifies cards are good & apparently a problem with Nufu. I loved the service my 1st year but if they can't renew I guess I'm out. Their phones are even saying not available? Wtf???

Half of the channels are missing since Balley Sports is no more. The company never refunded me my money when I requested it even though they have a "Money back guarantee." This is a sham company with no real customer support/ service.

I've had NUFU for 3 years and love it! I get to see every NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and NCAA game I want! Out of the hundreds of games I've watched, I can count on one hand, the amount of times it's frozen.

We need better updates, and replays to work, especially when I miss a game, I would like to recap...

I love NUFU.Mostly watch ice hockey and every pro game is on with no blackouts. Outstanding for one who loves sports. Oh yes, this one is a keeper!! 👍

How do I get you to respond? I’ve loved your site for over 2 years. BUT now I can’t renew. Your system will not accept any of my credit cards. I call your helpline numbers and email you, with no response. I guess you don’t want my money. This is my worst customer service experience ever!

I am so disappointed! I can't watch my NFL games without your system freezing or buffing doing the plays. Especially the touch downs!!!! This is a waste of money not getting what I pay for! If I'm paying monthly for the app I should be able to watch my games on my phone and tv! How can my NFL game be on the phone and a different game on the tv on the same app? I am very dissatisfied with the service I am receiving! This need to be fix asap so I can watch my NFL games! Date of experience today Nov. 23,2025 and the last 4 Sunday's!

This whole World Series has been shit. Game freezes during intense moments. It's like its being done on purpose. Runners on base, batter swings and makes contact, then it freezes up so you dont know what happen. And game 3 went extra innings and no coverage from 15 inning on. Tonight game 7, same bullshit freezes up at crucial times. I've had to log onto ESPN Sports to find out what happen. You guys are slipping big time.

I wish it worked better because it the whole idea is awesome. I’ve rarely been able to watch anything without it freezing and the screen goes black. Tech support says my internet speed is too slow. I checked it was 10mps. That requirement is not openly stated before they take your money. Interesting that I can watch live sports on other streaming services without the freezing. We need competition for this service.

Your service sucks.... most close games toward the end of play your picture and sound glitches and freezes, leaving us wondering how the game ended.... you should be Paying Us to watch that crap. Very disappointed

just got it today. September 21st 2025 every NFL game was on it. Loaded the app on my Roku. crystal clear. Full HD. works perfectly. Would recommend to anyone. Plus it has Major League baseball NHL hockey. All kinds of sports.

Was doing great, til lately I can’t watch MBL games at all please fix the problem fast, game starts then it stops completely, so I miss all games. I don’t have any use to this subscription if u don’t fix the problem fast.

Now in my 3rd year, the stream is HD and without lag 99.5% of the time. Very rare to have an artifact or serious lag. All major pro sports AND college... what more could you want for $75 for a 6 month subscription? Highly recommend, can't live without it.

My experience on nufu wasn't that. Great spinning circles and no HBO on my tablet wasn't all that. Alot of buffering to.

During NFL season, I originally signed up for the six months $79.99 ( $13.33 per month ) It worked out great.
Now the MLB is on I renewed my subscription for the same amount. I can watch any MLB game regardless of where it is . And I have a choice of home or away announcers. So I don’t have to listen to some annoying home team commentary. And I can watch Padres win on Big tv and Dodgers lose on my iPad . At the same time , same login .
