The delivery is a bit slow

The delivery is a bit slow. Ordered on a Friday, following Friday still not even in my country. FedEx is usually much quicker than this. Disappointed.

Terrible Customer Service

I bought a golden goose sneaker and they came with a defect. CLEARLY not part of the typical golden goose used look, as the leather is peeling- so its a defect and they keep telling me its just the used look although its clearly not. The shoe doesnt even have the typical golden goose used look!! That must be a joke! Terrible customer service! They are telling me I need to pay for return beforehand and that they are not sure if they will wave the costs although its crystal clear that the shoe is damaged. Will never order again.

After reading your answer here all I can say again is- I have sent you a video where you can CLEARLY see it is not a golden goose style but a DEFECT of the leather as it is peeling! There is a difference between typical golden goose used style and a leather defect and when you look at videos and pictures you can clearly see that.
I feel utterly mocked by your customer service because it is so clearly recognizable, and no, I am definitely NOT willing to bear the return shipping costs and original shipping costs in advance! I want direct contact with your quality control, who will immediately see that this is a defect! I have already asked for this several times and have received no response at all. I expect the shipping and return shipping costs to be covered beforehand, an exchange or a price reduction!

Customer service never answers

Customer service never answers, I have an issue with a pair of nodaleto since 1 year now. Don't want to change or replace the pair. In case someone decides to help, my order number Order EU#3914

You actually know I wore them once and products were still under warranty. Sent you ton of pictures. The shoes are still in a box waiting to be repaired or replaced. I never asked for a refund, I just want shoes I can actually wear..

Even if the brand should take its responsability, you should take yours too. You are the seller. the bare minimum would have been the contact Nodaleto again. You are expecting me to give up, i won't.

Please be aware that the return procedure for used items is different than the regular procedure.
The item was delivered 2 years ago, and the defect was encountered after using it, therefore it was necessary to check the defect with the producer. Often these claims might take a little bit of time. In this case we are still waiting a response from the producer. As soon as we will receive it we will get in contact with you.

Worst shopping experience! Not worth it.

I provided all the documents they said I needed and they still asked for documentation for business import and I told them that my items were for me not for a business and still continue to asked for them and said that they were needed by customs. Now they want to send it back and charge me. It’s just ridiculous!!!!

We would like to inform you that the parcel has been held at Customs due to an incorrect documentation provided.
Unfortunately the customs procedures are beyond our control and regretfully we have no control over clearance timing.
The only thing we could do was to monitor the process, for this reason we promptly got in contact with you to act as intermediary but you sent us a document which the customs cannot accept.
For this reason we had no choice and asked to the courier to return the parcel.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and remain at your disposal for any further assistance

I purchased a pair of sunglasses from…

I purchased a pair of sunglasses from Nugnes1920 with signature required. I never received the sunglasses or signed for the sunglasses. The shipment “signature” from DHL read “text” so either the driver took the package or delivered it to the wrong house and they knew they shouldn’t be getting that package and didn’t sign their real name. I contacted Nugnes and because there is writing in the signature box and DHL says the driver was in my area they refuse to offer a refund. They also refused to escalate the issue any further with DHL and simply ignored me after telling me DHL said it was delivered - which as we all know is what every shipping company says about missing packages until you pester them. Very disappointed that I had to pay money for a product I never received and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Shoppers beware, they don’t care about their customers!
