Nu Image was great for onboarding and the first month. I received my prescription and was happy. I even referred a couple of friends to them based on how impressed I was.

Unfortunately it’s been all downhill from there.

I have not received a refill for enclomiphene and I’ve run out of the medication.

Nu image told me that they don’t know when the pharmacy will be shipping it. Isn’t that great?

But that didn’t stop them from charging my credit card 8 days ago.

Now I’m out $175 and I’m also left with no medicine and no information on when it will be shipped.

Their business model is beginning to seem like a credit card automatic rebilling scam where they charge the card and send nothing for it.

Very similar to Maximus Tribe which is another enclomiphene provider that did exactly the same thing. (Charge the card and send nothing).

These companies seem to only work with small unknown pharmacies that can’t handle the order volume.

And when you ask for help they just blame the pharmacy.

They are literally messing with people’s hormones here, and yet they don’t seem to care.

I ordered their wayt-less prescription. They said the had a no risk financial guarantee that if it didn't work you'd get your money back. I was sick immediately using the pills. My 1st night was spent vomiting... not worth the it in my opinion and still feel awful the next day. They do not offer refunds I would avoid if I were you!

People don't waste your money with this company. Their product doesn't work and their have no concern when it comes to Customer service. I order a product to try and see if it work as advertised, and it don't. I ordered for a single month but it was renew automatic without my knowledge. Contact them for a refund and offered to return the product that was shipped without my knowledge but there is a no return policy and apparently no refund policy as well.

So do yourself a favor and don't waste your money or time with this company. They are a joke.

Fraudulent and dishonest. No matter how you decide to purchase the product (monthly, 6 month, yearly), ALL plans are auto-renew. They state they send you an email 48 hours before your next shipment in order to make sure you’d still like to receive the medication - they DO NOT send this email. The BBB site is flooded with complaint after complaint about customers who did not know they auto-renewed and who went to cancel only to find out their medications already shipped. I saw a $310 charge on my card after emailing them several times about my dissatisfaction with the product and their utter lack of customer service, and when I went onto their website it showed that my pills had not left their facility. When I went to call and ask for a refund they told me that I could not get one because the medication had already been shipped, when according to their own website that was not the case. This company is extremely shady and I’ll he seeing them in court.

I've never reviewed a radio ad in my life but I have to walk out of the room when this idiotic disgusting ad comes on.

The guy sounds like a backwards buffoon that probably hasn't had any in, ever.

So I am used to taking Orlistat 60mg OTC (Alli) so was curious about WAYT-less because one of the ingredients is Orlistat 120mg. I don't think this works at all. With 3 doses of the 60mg, I would be having oily stools, even with meals that weren't necessarily high fat. Whereas, with WAYT-less, I was irritable, itchy (I'm also not allergic to any of the other ingredients), and was NOT having oily stools even though the mg was higher. I messaged the doctor and she was NOT helpful. She said she could not help and to go to my PCP. I asked customer service for a refund since I believed the ingredients were false. They gave me the runaround. So I called the compound pharmacy and they said they could not disclose the ingredients. I reached back out to customer service to tell them my experience and they said they do not do refunds. So I called my bank, and that resolved things.

I do not recommend WAYTless! Also, they'll prescribe it to you even if you not overweight on the BMI or have any issues eating. I asked my friend to make a profile and they still prescribed it to her. No phone calls, no follow up, just attempted to charge her card (but we placed a block prior to).

AND they deleted my account!

Completely deceitful and fraudulent company. I placed an order on April 24th which shipped the 26th knowing it was a monthly subscription. I havent even opened my first order so on May 20th logged in to make sure it was not auto renewed and pushed the next shipment date to July, a full 6 days before a monthly order should be renewed.

2 hours later I received an email stating that my order had shipped. A week early and with absolutely no communication reminding me of the upcoming auto renewal or confirmation that it was processed, just that they sent out product.

The Customer Service Manager was extremely rude and dismissive of their obvious error and deceptive practices.

It's ironic that they promote ratings on a site called trust pilot because I honestly don't see how anyone can trust their products or the business based on what I experienced from them today.

Also trustpilot made me change information in this review to keep it up.

DO NOT order from this company. Totally dishonest. I was not convinced the "doctor" assigned to my "case" is actually a doctor. She called me at 9:30 at night and chatted. She did not ask about any other medications I'm taking or allergies. My experience trying to cancel my "order" is very similar to other 1 star reviews on this site. I don't understand how I can be a subscriber and have "auto renewal" when I am supposedly taking prescription medication and monitored by a doctor. Lastly, the pills and program did not work for me. I felt sick while on the pills.

Cancelled my auto-renewal, they still placed another order without my permission. Told me that they sent an email that gave me 48 hours to cancel the order, they didn't. Won't accept my return even though I haven't received the product yet. Shady business practices all the way around.

I canceled my subscription months ago, long before their auto-renewal. This would have been their 3rd shipment to me, however, their 2nd shipment never showed up at the promised renewal date, so essentially I was out of their product and had to call them to find out why they were late, only to find that they had changed their formula from injectable to pill without informing me of the change or letting me know anything about when I might receive it. After chatting with them to inform them I agreed to the 2nd shipment because I had already been taking this for 3 months and was already charged. I found the 2nd shipment, the pill form to be less effective than the injectable. I went to their website under my account and canceled my auto-renewal status so I would not be shipped any future shipments. I was informed via email today that the 3rd shipment was on its way. I informed them that I canceled months ago and that I did not want the delivery of their product. They said I could have canceled when I received an email they claimed to have sent letting me know that my order was up for renewal, an email I never received and they were unable to prove was even sent.

They are unwilling to cancel the order because they claim I could have canceled earlier. Huh?

Snake oil for sure.

Strongly recommend against Waytless program. Severe side effects, customer service down played it as "normal" and refused refund. Terrible experience. A lot of customers complaining on social media about it also.

Went through the process of ordering the HGH (sermorelin) and actually seemed like a good idea. I've taken this hormone from them before, but after my 1st treatment I saw zero results. I stuck to the diet , paid my dues. Called the phamacy to get the chemical make up and got the run around. Be really careful when dealing with these folks.

Don’t buy from NU Image company. They will shipped medications that has an expiration date while you’re still taking it and when you bring it to their attention, they “flag” you and cancel your account. Then they blame it on the pharmacy. You’ve been warned! Purchase at your own risk.

Well, this is odd. I got duped into ordering and I ordered quickly Before making the realization that what I ordered is NOT legit.

This company sells pills called Mt. Everest which Supposedly contains:
PT-141, oxytocin, and tadalafil (cialis)

All three of those things are awesome, especially the PT-141 and tadalafil combined.

Only problem is:
PT-141 IS NOT AVAILABLE IN PILL FORM
IT IS ONLY ADMINISTERED VIA SUBCUTANEOUS INJECTION. Same with oxytocin.

So what the hell are they selling?? Just tadalafil?

For FK sake. I got excited of the possibility of all three of those things in one and hurried and ordered before I realized what a dumb ass I was knowing exactly how PT-141 is administered already.

But of course right after I ordered, they already taken my money and supposedly sent me a tracking number, they are real quick with that, so no reversing my order, luckily I only got a prison screwin’ out of 80 bucks.

So yes, technically their service is absolutely fantastic, great website, they make it very easy to take your money, but unfortunately I probably just got a bottle full of inactive useless fillers pressed into pills.

Do not EVER ORDER PILL FORMS OF MEDICATIONS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THAT FORM!
