Short Shelf Life

I placed an order in late July and received it promptly, however, I was sent a medication that had a short shelf life. My medication needed to NOT expire on September 5th. Also, I was sent only one bottle of bacteriostatic water. Once bacteriostatic water is opened it should be used within 28 days. I called to inquire if I could be sent another water and the woman with whom I spoke to was extremely rude and blamed me for not keeping the water to use again. I ended up spending an additional $20 ordering this water elsewhere. And I also have to wait longer to start the second round of the medication. Water will arrive on September 9th and medication expires Septemeber 5th. This is unacceptable, I paid full price. I would not recommend this company.
