Excellent service and consistent…

Excellent service and consistent deliveries!
On the high priced side but you get what you pay for.
Will probably have to eventually change suppliers due to cost.
But they have been very reliable, so far.

Customer Service is on point

Samantha made sure everything was all good on both ends my doctor arrived today but the kit arrived a little earlier and i was worried i would of have to pay more but i didnt and Samantha rescheduled my appointment, thank you so much Samantha for being amazing

I had a renewal and then delivery issue and a customer service agent, Tasha, picked up the enquiry and dealt with it immediately.
Fast, regular communication and a willingness to resolve the issue.

I feel like this is not being…sorted quick enough

I feel like this is not being straightforward which I feel that it should be. I’ve answered all the questions with still no outcome.
It just keeps saying that it is on hold or cancelled??
It’s getting a bit frustrating now, so I might go elsewhere if this is not sorted soon

Works Prices are expensive but fair for…

Prices are expensive but fair for results. Always someone to help on the other end of a message. I like that I’m able to get on with things without constant interference. Can change delivery times and dosage as it suits me. 🫶

Numan- World Class Service

I spent a while looking into TRT options after confirming my T- levels were low via the NHS. Initially I looked at a company named Manual and I was almost going to commit to them. Realising they take a lifetime to reply and responses were mostly AI bot generated I lost trust in them- If they work in this manner from the start what would the after care be like should issues happen, so I walked away and came across Numan. 

I posed the same questions to Numan support as I did with the other company and although I got the usual automated holding email I did get a reply from an actual person who booked me in for an initial telephone assessment. 

From the point on the customer care has been exceptional particularly with Greg & Mikey. Due to my misunderstanding I missed my first video call with their consultant- Mikey went above and beyond and managed to get me on a call with the consultant on his personal number. The consultation was supposed to last 20min, but the consultant happily spent almost double that to ensure all my questions were answered. 

Everything has been simple- It's clear that the Numan team has put a lot of thought into the customer journey, which in all fairness is why they got my business. My T- levels were at an all time low of just 4 nmol/ L 2 months in and it was just over 11 nmol/L so clearly it's working. I do feel a lot better than prior to my TRT but I appreciate I have a while to go before I feel at my best. The best part of this is that there are no injections- Numan are the only authorized UK company to offer Kyzatrex capsules- I take 2 a day one in the morning & one at lunch & that's it.

My honest take- Starting any kind of treatment is daunting, but if you are considering TRT I would strongly recommend Numan, they just take all the stress and anxiety out of it, my refills come well packaged and run like clockwork with regular email updates.

Genuinely a world class service all round!
