Great stay and will stay again
Great clean rooms
Great clean rooms. Centralised location. Very close to bus stops. Walking distance to all major attraction. Lovely stay
Beautiful room, clean and spacious
Beautiful room, great amenities and a really comfortable stay in Brighton. Only downside was very loud pub garden and glass recycling bins directly outside the window but on the second night I discovered free earplugs which helped. On the whole though I would highly recommend.
Great room in Ehrenfeld
Great room, decent breakfast, nice design, clean and comfortable. Superb location

I stayed at the Numa Berlin Sketch in a medium room. 10/10 would recommend and stay there again. The communal space is large and clean and you have access to toilets without having to go back into your room. My room was a perfect size, clean and had everything I needed. I recommend using their app, it has all the information you need. I used their WhatsApp a few times to check information and they always reply quickly and helped resolve my queries quickly. I stayed here as a solo female and felt very safe. 💜

Female (73yrs and a coeliac) solo traveller. Stayed at the Numa Mozart Salzburg . A lovely comfortable room, additional small furnishing details made it feel less ‘functional’ than some hotels. It had everything I needed. The breakfast at the Cozy Fox was excellent, friendly & helpful staff, really tasty food choices (I felt superior food quality than usual hotel fayre) and very good gluten free bread & cake. I felt well looked after THANK YOU 😃❤️
Top location
Top location, just a few minutes away from the city’s historical landmarks. At the same time, it is situated on a quiet and peaceful street, with no noise from the nightlife in the evenings. The apartment was warm and cozy, featuring a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to avoid large hotels and who wants to truly experience the atmosphere of beautiful Florence, as well as taste the unique regional cuisine in the local restaurants. I would definitely come back here again, thank you!
Numa changes the way I travel for business (and leisure)
My first booking with Numa on a business trip. The concept and execution of Numa is brilliant. No hassle check in & out, the use of the app to open doors, book breakfast and extras is easy to understand and works reliably. The room is spacious and super clean and being able to use a kitchenette and a fridge properly is fantastic when you don’t want to live off fast food or overpriced restaurants but choose healthy and sustainable options instead. The coop with Holmes Place is brilliant and the gym room on the premises a great alternative for a quick workout before or after work:
Well done, Numa.
Comfortable but unlikely to book again
Whilst the apartment in Prague was warm, spacious, new and spotlessly clean I have a number of concerns which make me reluctant to make further bookings with Numa.
It was not possible to get the hob to work. There were no instructions so I made contact with Numa, there being no-one on site to help.
The advice from Numa over 30 minutes of WhatsApp exchanges solved nothing so in frustration I just pressed all the buttons randomly, and it worked.
I have contacted them to suggest that clear instructions should be available for all appliances, but whether any notice will be taken is another matter.
Of greater concern is the warning that should the fire alarm go off this may lead to a potential fine.
In other reviews the figure seems to be around €2500, but I am not sure of the exact amount.
It is clearly stated that when cooking (if you can get the hob to work) the kitchenette extractor fan should be on, which is common sense, and that the windows be open, which seems a nonsense if the extractor is working correctly.
Prague in winter is not known for its balmy climate so why insist on customers having to dress like Eskimos merely to cook something.
In my comfortable apartment the windows were inaccessible so I contacted Numa stating that since I could not open the windows I would not pay a fine if the alarm went off with the extractor on.
The reply from Numa was basically “OK”, so why all the fuss in the first place?
It is, moreover, my understanding that current fire safety legislation does not require windows to be open whilst cooking.
The apartment had many lights but of a low wattage creating the ideal place for a romantic evening.
Any reading was best done in the bathroom.
I enjoyed the stay after sorting out the hob and realising that the extractor fan was enough to stop the “very sensitive alarm” from going off, but is this the sort of relaxing holiday you want, keeping fingers crossed that you will not be fined despite acting responsibly and in good faith?
The following, taken from Numa’s terms and conditions may suggest to some that redress for any reasonable complaint would have to be through German courts, possibly a long, expensive business although there are other ways to raise concerns.
The accommodation provider is neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
The acid test with any company is how they deal with any problems that arise, how they look after you when things go wrong.
Great place and location
Great place and location. Everything super convenient and as should be. Will definitely come again!
One of the best places to stay
One of the best places to stay. I really mean it. Solutions for top cities so good
Never Use My Accomodation: NUMA
On the day of arrival our room was unavailable. Via email we were informed early in the morning. A discount was offered but no reply on my reaction. 8 hours later (with still no reaction) I have cancelled my prepaid booking, free of cost as offered. This took 25 minutes through whatsapp and a form which I needed to fill out (very guest friendly: we dont have your room but you must take all the action, because you are the guest?!?).
Through whatsapp I was promised an immediate refund and now, 5 days later, they tell me it takes (an unlawful) 21 businessdays to refund.
Unbelievable how they change the rules and bent the law. Meanwhile sitting on my prepaid money for over 50 days..
"Never Use My Accomadion" is what NUMA means for me.
Update: the refund is now submitted 10-02-2026
Flexible check-in/out
Flexible check-in/out, right next to the metro and bus stations, supermarket in the same building, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, spacious rooms totally worth the price.
Yes 👍
Location is perfect. Cleaning is perfect. Amenities of the room is enough. But be careful if you’re not more than 4 people, they don’t want to open the sofa bed. When we talked they open.
All perfect!!!!!
Good choice in Barcelona
Check in is super easy. No need for keys . Good communication .Lockers where you can store luggage depending on availability. Room was nice but quite small and basic.Clean and warm. Nowhere to leave luggage in the room but on the floor. Beautiful outside area within the premises . Water complimentary for the first night and coffee and tea provided in the room as well as the common area . Location is perfect -safe neighborhood , pharmacy and supermarket just two minutes away
Numa Lisbon Rato - the worst travel experience I have ever had
Absolutely unacceptable.
I arrived after a long journey to find that my room had not been cleaned at all. There was garbage and leftover food inside, and the bed was clearly unclean and not turned over from the previous guest. Because there is no human check-in and everything is fully automated, there was no way to escalate this in person. I was left standing in the building for over an hour trying to reach support, who ultimately failed to resolve the situation — no alternative room was offered, no immediate solution provided.
As a result, I could not stay and had to book alternative accommodation last minute and at my own expense.
NUMA is now refusing to issue a full refund, instead offering a ridiculous “solution” of 25% refund for ONE night plus 15% credit for a future stay. After this experience, why would I ever stay with them again?
The worst part is that the people most affected were the cleaning staff, who were clearly not informed that the room needed to be ready. They were blindsided and tried to rush-clean the room on the spot. This was entirely a management and systems failure, not theirs.
This is what happens when a company replaces basic hospitality with automation and then refuses to take responsibility when it fails. No accountability, no proper support, and no respect for guests or staff.
Avoid.
