Had done 10 of these paintings and they are all perfect. Paints are of good quality and have had no issues.

It took longer than I expected to receive my order, however I did order one of the items as a customization from a photo I had and I am so happy with all three of my items-especially the customized item. I appreciate the fact that I could choose the difficulty by the number of colors.
I watercolor paint as a hobby and I needed a creativity break. This will give me the painting experience I enjoy without having to choose colors! I would order again for myself and for my family members

The pictures are beautiful how ever the paint brushes were not good. Very thin handle and the bristles are not soft and fan out. I did not receive the free gift of better brushes or the number cover up brush
The paint was good a few colors were thick but just added some water

The lines of separation are far too dark. Even after multiple applications the lines appear. The marker they send u to cover the numbers also requires multiple applications to cover. Not made well. They also dont supply enough paint. For the cost you can get much better user friendly ones elsewhere

I love painting. The pictures I've purchased are detailed and of interest to me. There is such a wide variety, it was difficult for me to choose from. Love this site.

Excellent quality .. from canvasses ,paint and service. I would highly recommend Number Artist as a product /company for anyone starting or looking for quality content. I have unfortunately tried another brand (a particular type of design canvass) but the canvasses arrived creased, the paint was of poor quality even delivery was poor quality. Number Artist is by far the best .

I love the quality of these paint by numbers. I love that they give you more brushes and that there is a lot of variety to choose from the paint is high-quality and it’s just such a fun thing to do.

Your Paint by Numbers paintings are fantastic. I am so thrilled with the few I have done & so pleased that I am doing them now after painting my own pictures the last few years. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I love your artwork and the countless number of artistic inages designed for every palette. I also enjoy the degree of difficulty you offer with each painting. You provide your customers with a choice of 3 levels of difficulty depending on artistic abilities. I love that my art kits were received without the paint being dried out or dried up. I've had to previously order more than one of the same artwork to ensure that I had enough paint that was actually useful to finish my project. I cannot stress enough how important it is having fresh paints to complete your project. I love my painting project kits and the framing options that are offered as well. If there was one thing that I wish you would give a little more attention to, it would be the length of time it takes to receive my order using standard delivery options. I did get my order as it was promised and when it was promised based on my delivery options and I have absolutely no complaints about it. My eagerness made it seem as if the order took a little longer than it should've to be delivered. I will consider other shipping options when decide to place any additional orders in the future but I would definitely recommend your company to fellow enthusiasts such as myself without hesitation. Keep up the great work and efforts to support your loyal customers. They do notice! Thank you.

I have completed two paint by number kits from Number Artist and have been extremely impressed by the quality of the paint, the many kit and design selections, the canvas, and their customer service. I just ordered a third kit. They are simply more enjoyable and relaxing to paint! I highly recommend them.

The products are excellent and the customer service exceeds all expectations.

Lots of choice available which made the initial ordering decision difficult and the thing I didn't spot is the differences between the framed and unframed options and what the really meant! however more an error on my part than the company. But all the orders arrived in good time and are all a very good quality. Yes you ideally will require a magnifying glass for some of the small numbers but thats okay too plus you have the guide sheet too and I am so glad I joined the Facebook group which is very friendly and helpful and knowing there is an administrator you know you are safe to post.

It was great but the tracker through shop app ain’t working right or auto updating properly

I cannot read the numbers. Some are barely printed on. I realize it is difficult to put a number on a tiny space but I feel like there could be color coding as well.

I was a little skeptical but after my first purchase I can honestly say I’m addicted. I’ve already made 3 more orders since then and recommended it to everyone I know. Very fulfilling, time consuming, and paintings come out beautifully. I highly recommend.
