Awful... the lot of them. Made some of their staff ‘redundant’ and opened up a new company behind their backs and keep half the staff on. Let’s say the owners ‘favourites’. Absolutely disgraceful. But it was a blessing in disguise. I’m in a much better position now. You learn from your mistakes :)

Absolute sham of a company. Sold the company without telling anyone that used there services, turned off phone and email and have made it impossible to contact them.

Our accountant (who was pretty average in the first place) also left previously with no warning and left our new one (who was even worse) no information about our account.

Do not use this company, it is an absolute sham.

What was seemingly a good relationship to begin with has now frankly turned sour.
No communication about NJ being sold and now simply lumbered onto another accountants firm. My company’s data is three months behind also.
Extremely unhappy and annoyed (to put it mildly) about the handling of this.

I just found out yesterday that I’m no longer with number juice and my account has been sold to another company. No correspondence from Numberjuice regarding this and the new company that’s bought my account aren’t answering my questions as to why I wasn’t informed of this. I’ve also found out that my self assessment hasn’t been done and my end of year accounts haven’t been done. The deadline for both of these are due very soon. Zero communication from number juice.

Up until last week, we had no issues! i tried to get in touch with the usual people and had 2 people email back that have never dealt with our company before. I tried phoning their office, phone lines don't work. I rang Ltd companies team who are based in the same building and she told me that numberjuice have relocated to London, gave me 2 phone numbers she had (They don't work) Spoke to the same person again and she said she cant help, she only has them 2 numbers! Our accounts online are blocked, no-one is responding to emails. Does anyone have any other numbers other than 01233229090 or 01233226420?????

EDIT!!!! after lots of research, i found out lots of info including the directors of Numberjuice are also the directors of Ltd companies, so i Phoned them back and told them everything i found out and she gave me a phone number 03301117662, number juice has been sold to this company along with all our information. I phoned this number and am currently waiting for someone to call me back. Surely this is illegal without our permission??

Has to be the WORST accounting service.
Firstly there are no actual accountants looking after your books - they are bookkeepers. So they have no knowledge of how to manage financial accounts. I actually felt sorry for the bookkeeper looking after our accounts in the end as she had made such a mess out of such a simple business I even questioned if she was a bookkeeper.
They failed to file necessary paperwork with HMRC which they said they would do with the package we had and advertise they do on their website. I then had to make a complaint to HMRC regarding a fine which was issued as they forgot to file paperwork which was over 18 months late.
They also overcharged us (by double) for over a year and thought it was normal to submit our accounts 6 days before the tax was due.
The director of the company John is an embarrassment to the company and should never speak to clients. You only have to look at his company records on Companies House to see how many FAILED company's he has been a director of.
I would avoid using their services as you dont even get an accountant looking after your accounts which, after researching, the majority of all other accounting companies offer.

The great thing in theory about Numberjuice is that, as a business owner, I don't have to worry about any of the nauseating and time-consuming admin like VAT returns, end of year reports, companies house registration or even invoicing. They do it all for me. I say "in theory" because it has taken me a couple of years to really get to grips with my own end of the system. It wouldn't have taken nearly that long if I had been at all process or IT minded and, now I have a really excellent person at Numberjuice who I really like and trust, it really is all very smooth.

Great company, started my business just over one year ago and I had been used to corporate support for many years - so invoicing VAT etc was quite daunting and confusing ! Emma my Bookeeper @ numberjuice has bee a great support and helped me unravel that lot! Good company and nice people too - highly recommend!

Accounting used to be something I loathed. Numberjuice has made it super easy for me to send out invoices and receive payment.

This software has been such a life saver for me- it has helped me keep control of my business finances and easily send and chase invoices. I do not know where I would be without it!

Looked at several other accounting packages but they didn't really live up to the 'simple' claim. This one really does. I now feel relaxed doing my books

Used to do my books using a spreadsheet and bits of paper. No more .. Numberjuice is so easy and now I feel in control real time

Great support and friendly help. I'm used to complicated software that use to take me ages to complete. This stuff is so easy I actually like to use it!

Brilliant, saves all that faffing with templates!
