I bought an andriod box and it was faulty not loading past the andriod screen.I proceeded to contact them and explained It wasnt pleased and wanted reimbursement being a full refund.I offered to mail back the product before being given my refund.Anyways they proceeded by only offering me a $ 5 refund to my credit card.Still no resolution and Im out about $50.Untrustworthy company!
SCAM COMPANY - BE WARE!!! I made an order on 02/08/2025; ZERO tracking updates since 03/08/2025. Emailed customer service requesting a full refund due to NO product received, NO new tracking updates, and NO belief that the product would be delivered. They got back to me immediately with new tracking info, which was OBVIOUSLY BOGUS - llegedly my package is now in China; last update had it on U.S. soil. Numerouse.com is a TOTAL SCAM; don't waste your time. Report them and share across all socials.

I bought 2 sets of translation earpieces, my partner whose quite tech savvy got them to work but what they were saying was nothing like the actual words being used on the series on Viki.
