All's well that ends well

Total scam. I ordered a Numi bin the month before last and haven't heard anything since the purchase. Just checked the order confirmation email and it said to reply or email their info address with any issues. I did both and received bounceback emails immediately saying the email address doesn't exist.
Update: After submitting the above review, I received a tracking confirmation. I have now received and unpacked the bin and it seems to be working well so far! Thanks Numi for rectifying the situation :)
