What impressed me even more was the customer service. They called me personally to confirm my address, which shows they really care about getting things right. Friendly, professional, and reliable.

Im from Denmark, and I wanted to order vegan Nutella. Due to high demand, my order was slightly delayed, but they kindly informed me about it. Today, when I received my package, I was blown away – in addition to the Nutella, they had included an entire Italian dinner as an apology for the delay!

First quality products and staff that helps the customer even when the courier is "lost" though German streets. Thanks to the help of the managers of Nuova Bottega Italia I have never lost a package! Everything has always arrived well packed and even fresh fruits and vegetables have kept the flavor of Liguria. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience that I will repeat. I ordered fresh vegetables (tomatoes, thistles, artichokes), pine nuts and wine. Everything arrived quickly. I will repeat the order at the end of January as I heard they will also have cheese and salami.
