The pan set is beautiful but can’t keep stain free
The pan set is beautiful but keeping them clean, untarnished and unstained is a nightmare… I have followed the cleaning instructions, bought white vinegar, soaked the pans and still not cleaning. Really disappointed.

Delivery was super… the smaller of the 2 pans is wonderful but the larger one sticks no mater what I do. I followed instructions & continue to do so but it’s still sticking so I’m not happy with the quality of the pan. Not what I was promised. Regards.

Great stainless steel pan
Bought the stainless steel pan. Reasonably priced, arrived quickly and well packaged. One month later and we've had no issues - food isn't sticking, it's easy to wash and keep clean.

Now I have both shapes - and love them both!
I already had the larger round bread pan which I absolutely love (as it is so easy to clean and helps me bake some great bread), so I decided to get the smaller rectangle one to makes some slightly smaller batard loaves. Very happy with it!

My experience ordering Nuovva cookware…
My experience ordering Nuovva cookware was extremely disappointing. My order arrived with missing items, and trying to resolve the issue with customer service was frustrating. Responses were slow, unhelpful, and it felt like no one was taking responsibility for fixing the problem.
I expected much better service, especially when the mistake was not mine. Instead of a quick resolution, I had to spend unnecessary time chasing updates, which made the entire experience stressful.
Unfortunately, based on my experience with missing items and poor customer support, I cannot recommend ordering from Nuovva. I hope the company improves its order fulfilment and customer service so future customers don’t have to go through the same experience.
