Greetings

Greetings, unfortunately, the product, toilet bowl cleaner, did not clean, even with a toilet brush. We use well water that has a high mineral content. The product was unable to remove the mineral stain. I ended up purchasing another product, for less than $4.00, and it worked very well. Please consider your advertising and actual product capacity. A refund would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Best, David

I have just been scammed by Nuroclean

I cannot believe I have just been scammed by this company
Went to make a purchase of 1 item of toilet cleaner .
There was no button to press to confirm my order no total price to accept , the site took me straight to my PayPal.
I have been charged to my PayPal £55.96 & £ 7.95 postage & £5.99 extended warranty.
I have also been charged a further £25.98 and there was a monthly order set up on my PayPal.
Through my PayPal I instantly emailed the company to cancel any order . & they have replied to say the items have been packed in the warehouse and shipped to me.
This is all within 5 minutes of my pay pal email.
Yet I still have no confirmation email from them for my order.
Beware !!!Complete scammers !!!
£100.00 for toilet cleaner !!
£100.00 that I can’t afford .

For clarity, when it comes to the order, any add-ons, such as warranties and extra items, must be actively selected and confirmed before the order is finalized. They are entirely optional and can always be skipped.

Additionally, our shipping system is partially automated to ensure that orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, which unfortunately means we are unable to intervene once an order has already been shipped.
