Unfortunately my particular pain problem wasn't helped by Nuropod however I would like to say I purchased and tried the device. It was very easy to use and had no discomfort. I used it for a 1/2 hour in the morning and again for 1/2 hour before bed....when I made the decision to return my Nuropod, the company made the process very easy and was quite understanding of my problem. I would still highly recommend trying Nuropod. They are a wonderful company...

I was asked to review my Nurosym purchase quite soon after i received it which was probably too soon to give a balanced assessment. At that time i wrote my first Trustpilot review I stated it wasn't doing much. However I've had the device for a longer period now so I can publish an updated assessment.
As stated originally, the purchase and receipt of the device went very smoothly without issue. The packaging is nice and fuss free and in keeping with the simple yet modern product. Its simple to use and the email support for the first few weeks is very good, new emails land almost daily with instructions and encouragement. Once you find your sweet spot with the position of the power output clip on your ear and the power setting (mine is 22 - everyone is different) then its simply a case of sitting back and letting it do its thing. I feel no different during sessions really (i do 20-30 minutes once or twice daily -depending on my schedule). on an evening i may feel a little more tired after, but it varies. After the first month nothing had shifted for me with my nervous system issues but in months 2 and 3 i've been somewhat better. I've had more energy and my vertigo and vestibular issues eased almost completely. I've also noticed my mental state has been better, allowing access to more positive thinking . I had a week or two of set backs and flare ups again more recently and contacted Nurosym who were very prompt with a full reply to answer the questions and concerns I had raised, so i'd say customer service and feedback are very good. Flare ups along the way are normal and to be expected but i will continue to use my Nurosym in the longer term.
I just cant give it 5 stars because I'm still not that well but I give it 4 for the ease or purchase/delivery, product quality (Ive used it over 3 month and still not had to recharge the battery!), sales and usage support and the fact that i experienced slow steady noticeable improvements in my wellbeing over an 8 week period.

My experience with Nurosym has been overall very positive. I use the device regularly and consider it an interesting and useful treatment.
I experienced a technical issue with the earpiece that caused intermittent stimulation and made it difficult to use the device normally. However, the customer support responded very well and handled the warranty replacement in a fast and professional way.
After receiving the new earpiece the device is working correctly again.
I especially value the seriousness and responsiveness of the technical support when a problem arises, which is very important to me for this type of medical device.
Overall, my experience has been very positive.

Unfortunately, the Nuropod did not work for me after using it for about one month. With that said, their customer service was top notch and made the return process seamless by providing a prompt full refund, including return shipping.

I regret purchasing the Nurosym device. It is a very expensive product, and based on the marketing and positive reviews, I expected professional quality and reliable customer support. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Within one week, the device stopped working. When I contacted customer support, I initially received only automated responses. After several attempts, someone eventually replied and sent a replacement earpiece — even though the issue was clearly with the main device itself. As expected, this did not resolve the problem.
When I tried to follow up again, my emails were returned as undelivered. At this point, I have no functioning device and no clear way to communicate with the company.
For a product positioned as a premium, medical-grade device, this level of after-sales support is unacceptable.
I would appreciate a proper response from the company here, including a clear explanation of how this issue will be resolved — whether through repair, replacement of the main unit, or a refund.
Until then, I cannot recommend this product.

I decided to buy it because I was highly stressed due to two jobs and two ADHD children, having ADHD myself in perimenopause.
I was constantly irritated, with extreme mood swings, and my lower back was in pain, and I had a stiff neck.

I love that the Nurosym has given me more energy and helped me sleep better. So much so that my husband has since bought one too and he is very happy that it has improved the quality of his sleep. He wears an Apple Watch and used to get 'scores' between 70-80 for his sleep. He now gets high 90's - he's had 99 on many occasions but is longing to get 100! 😂
I think you can also 'judge' a company by how they handle things when you have a problem. Initially, the earpiece didn't feel secure and kept slipping off. I contacted Nurosym and they went above and beyond what anyone would expect of customer service, they genuinely wanted help sort the issue. Their responses were very quick and they sent me a new earpiece, which is great.

I bought a Nurosym device and needed to contact support. The main issue has been response time and clarity. I initially received automated replies saying someone would get back to me within 5 hours, but after 24+ hours and three attempts I still hadn’t heard from a person. I also couldn’t find a direct phone contact option.
A further frustration was that I repeatedly received bot/AI responses. I even wrote asking not to be contacted by AI, and the replies still appeared to be AI-written (and I was told it was a bot/AI). When you’re anxious and trying to resolve something important, that lack of a clear human route is not reassuring.
Delivery communication was also poor. I was told the device would be dispatched within 3 days and that I’d receive a tracking number, but by day 4 I had no tracking information. At nearly £600, that level of uncertainty is not acceptable.
What made me particularly anxious was receiving repeated messages saying my device would not be sent unless I completed a form. I completed it three times and then received another reminder on day 3.
Update (Friday, 13 Feb 2026): The device did arrive, but I did not receive any dispatch notification or tracking alert beforehand, and I’m still unclear why the “form not completed” messages continued.
Support have since emailed to apologise, extended my trial period to 60 days, and offered a £50 Amazon voucher.
For now I’m leaving this at 2 stars based on the support and delivery communication issues. If the device makes a meaningful difference and feels worth the cost — and if support response times are reliably improved going forward, with a clear human support route — I’m open to revising the rating after I’ve had a fair chance to trial it.
The device itself is straightforward to use.

I have ordered the device, used it for almost a month, unfortunately I did not experience the results I was hoping for so I got in touch to let them know about sending it back, they replied quickly, prolonged my 30 day period and provided accurate advice about the usage. After changing to the new protocol the device was still not what I was hoping for so I let them know about the refund intention again, they accepted the refund and the money was on my card 1 day after I've sent them the tracking for the parcel. This is what I call customer care, great job!
