A real positive change …
This device has in the matter days produced a big difference in my life. Progressively over the last 3 weeks I have
Slept better. I wake up energised.
Greatly reduced flight or fight
Felt so much more calm, able to pause and direct my efforts with better focus.

I was kept well informed before and after shipment. The device arrived and I have commenced introductory program. Seems to be working but too early to tell of the real benefits. I'm a great believer in vagus nerve stimulation so am fairly confident my choice of the Nuropod was a good one.

UPDATE: Nurosym have now resolved the issue
I am prepared to accept that the slow/poor initial response to me was an unfortunate lapse on their part (not helped by 'Nurobot' appearing to be a poor implementation of AI) and they appear genuinely contrite and were more than willing and able to rapidly resolve the issue once they (human beings) had engaged
Nurosym will I trust now work to ensure that they meet their own published standard of responding to issues within a few hours ... and also work to improve the Nurobot whose implementation lets down the customer service standards of the company (AI needs managing and implementing properly if it is to enhance, not detract, from customer service)

Cheap quality, hurts, return process very annoying
I had a comparison with ZenoWell and tested it against Nurosym. Th Nurosym looks like the cheapest Alibaba product. Uncomfortable and hurting even without stimulation turned on. ZenoWell did better in every respect despite costing half the price. Return process takes me already 1 week and after 3 emails I still didn’t get the return address. Not there yet to call it a scam, but their on the track.

It only lasted a year before the ear piece went. It’s now cost me another £60 to replace. Really poor given how expensive it was to purchase initially. Would suggest alternatives given the poor build quality.

Reduced frequency of coughing, better breathing, improved blood flow to extremities.
I've been using nurosym for ten days. I initially bought it for my constant cough and esophagitis. I'm still coughing but it is less frequent. I'm breathing better. I also have secondary raynaud's. With the use of nurosym there is definitely better blood flow to my extremities

I contacted customer services twice about the earpiece which is hopeless for small tragus to start with and it was giving me a sharp shock periodically
The response was generic reposition it on your tragus not helpful as all it did was slide off constantly or give me electric shock
They don’t help
They don’t stand by their product it’s a bit of a scammy item really.
It didn’t work and the anxiety for why you buy it for is really preyed upon in their marketing pitch

Didn't work for me but support was great
Didn't work for me, but Nurosym supported and gave an extension on the free trial. Tried various tips, but I couldn't see an effect. This may be condition/person dependent and there are reviews of people it worked for. So you should absolutely give it a try and if it works for you, great. If not the return is no hassle, I had for 2 months and they refunded me. 5 star for customer service and the trial, but it didnt work for me, hence the 4 star.

Earpiece issues, but great customer service
You will need to replace the earpiece biannually.
Its a great device, but sold as a premium product and the earpiece broke after 6 months, they begrudgingly replaced it as a 'gesture of goodwill' after i reminded them about about basic consumer rights and product warranty, but ultimately if you read the reviews you will need to replace the earpiece 1 - 2 times a year for the life of the product.
They make a profit on the earpiece, so I guess its in their interest to not improve the design despite all the reviews and feedback that it is exceptionally unreliable and is one of the two crucial components that are needed for this device to work.
If it keeps breaking they get continued revenue and profit from the same user for the life of the product, thats £60-£120 a year on top of the initial payment from every user. I would bet they account for this in their sale forecasting.
Buyer beware, there are many other products on the market that maybe don't have the same marketing, or product aesthetic, but their design means it likely wont require you to replace a component repeatedly for it to work, its a real shame given the price and the premium product positioning.

This device makes a real difference
This device makes a real difference. I have been using for over a year and whenever I manage to use it as recommended, twice a day for 30 minutes, I feel better. The reason why it is not a five-star review is the earpiece which I believe still needs some work. However, Nurosym was quick in getting back to me and having it replaced. I just wish the earpiece had the same guarantee as the device (2 years)or at least one year rather than 6 months.
