Beyond the Algorithms: Earning Trust Through Exceptional Dedication


When I first joined Nurp LLC, I experienced a true rollercoaster. After committing to the training and using two of the platforms, I saw impressive initial results, gaining almost 20% in about three months. Unfortunately, this was followed by a sharp and painful reversal that resulted in the loss of almost all my invested capital.

Ordinarily, this outcome would lead to a low rating and a quick exit. However, this 5-star review is not for the algorithms' initial performance; it is exclusively for the outstanding dedication and customer service of one person: Alex Conta.

Alex was my initial onboarding coach and, since then, has been the single constant in my journey. While my assigned customer service representative changed multiple times, Alex was the reliable anchor I always turned to. He consistently provided exceptional service, always answering my questions—even when the answer was a simple, honest "I cannot help you with that."

After my significant loss, it was Alex who went above and beyond to help me place my services on hold. He kept in constant and proactive contact while Nurp worked to improve their offerings. Thanks entirely to his ongoing support and belief, I’ve recently re-engaged with Nurp's most conservative algorithm, and so far, so good.

To be clear, Nurp is a solid platform if you have the time to commit to all the webinars, learn the nuances of FOREX trading, and appreciate the community integrations. But what truly makes this a 5-star experience for me is Alex.

He has demonstrated how to genuinely earn a customer’s trust during the toughest of times. I strongly advise Nurp management, and Jeff specifically, to do whatever is possible to retain and leverage Alex as the gold standard for customer loyalty and service. If Alex were to leave, I'm genuinely not sure I would be able to trust the company the same way.

NURP is not a good bot to trade there are safer and better ones

I bought into this algorithm almost 2 years ago. In the first 8 months it was up an average of 3% per month. However i lost about $140k between the fed bot and dalio overnight or al loss of 60% of rhe account. Fortunately i was able to stop it at 1 am in aug of 2024. If not for this all of the funds would have been lost. Of course Nurp promised to fix the agos to have some sort of stop loss system build in. Sever months later apparently they fixed the system, but the investment of over $20k would not cover the new algo. As the previous review mentioned is that NURP is only in it for themselves is completely correct. More fees and high monthly fees. They should work based on % gained of they are that convinced about their product.

Not for Everyone

I have been trading with NURP systems since June 2023 and yes, I have made and lost HUGE amounts. Based on what I have seen, several of their algos use some form of the Martingale strategy. This can be very risky. Note that in July 2024, many NURP users blew their FED BOT (Nurp Algo Name) accounts overnight. Went to bed happy, woke up broke.
I could go on forever with good and bad. Bottomline, NURP is in it to make money for NURP. If you think you are going to get rich using ForEx Algos, better think again. Good luck in your pursuits.

Looks Like a Martingale/Grid System Despite Denials

I’ve had two Nurp trial accounts running for about 2 months. One is down roughly 20%, the other is down around 60%.

When I asked before signing up if their strategies used a grid or martingale approach, they were adamant that they do not. But based on what I’ve seen live — when a trade goes negative, they keep increasing position size again and again until it either recovers or the account hits max drawdown — this looks very much like a martingale/grid system in practice.

This is important to know, because this style of trading can look good for long stretches but then blow up an account during a bad run, which is exactly what happened to one of mine.

Support and onboarding were smooth, but the risk management approach is not what I was led to believe. Be aware of this before committing significant funds.

I would not recommend

Have done pretty poorly since signing up for these bots. I even joined after a lot of people blew up their accounts on the bot. Just would not recommend personally.

Great team of professionals

Great team of professionals, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, Nurp has been great, I have some experience with FX but Nurp’s algorithm bots help me stay as involved or as flexible as I choose to be. Not to mention I learn as I go and there’s a lot of educational content. What makes the Nurp experience unique is consistency. Getting returns of 6-10% monthly with minimal work, who can beat that!?!?!

Don't do it!

This all sounds too good to be true, that is because it is. During their sales pitch they will show you all these numbers and profit, but don't get into details.

They offered a trial, so I did a trial for 30 days, all their bot did was lose money and they always had an excuse of why, so they extended the trial for 60 days only for the bot to lose more money.

I get there will be bad days, but 60 days of negative P&L, a total scam.

Beware and never trust technology unless you know it and have a good understanding of who created the logic and make sure nobody is showing you P&L, graphs, etc... It's easy to manipulate numbers and charts/graphs!

I provided my contact info so Nurp has it, this is not an unknown review.

Hey everyone!! I just joined nurp last week, started trading this week, my boy Zack and angel got me on boarded smoothly, and the algo works everyone !
Yes you’re gonna have some cost upfront , but it takes money to make money !!! Keep doing what you do Zach and angel, i appreciate you guys, and I’m super excited ! I went up over 1k in 3 days, on a fairly smaller account, but I’m gonna turn up the juice next week after seeing the algo work live ! Ai is the future ! Jump

I joined them because they have had growing pains, they have had people experience losses, I’ve been in business for 13 years, nothing is promised or guaranteed, just the effort to excel and make a better product, which I believe nurp has done !!! Very good so far.

It is mid Aug 2025 and I opened my account in Mid May 2025. The first number of trades were all losers and my account bottomed out down almost 3%, but recovered to down -1.06% by month end. In Jun and July my net was 6.07% and 7.85% respectively. And now in mid Aug, up 3.37%, more than recovering all fees. My risk setting is 1.5

Excellent customer service, set up.

Alex got my account set up, very fast, within a few hours, on the same day. He matched the same setup that my other accounts had, very good. I also received a follow up call from Christian, and everything moved along, showing the care that things are done right. Am getting very consistent returns from my Argos accounts.

Definitely worth the investment

I have been using the Nurp algorithm for just over a month now, and I can definitely recommend both the company and the system in general. Brian Seepersaud and Alex Conta have both worked around my complicated schedule to make the onboarding experience an excellent one. I am clearing average monthly returns right on target with where I said i had hoped to be going into this process.

I explored Nurp with some hesitancy and…

I explored Nurp with some hesitancy and caution initially to evaluate the validity of the company service. I have been a happy customer now since Dec 2023 and to date my investment is up nearly 140% with almost no oversight from me...and that's what I was searching for - an investment where I could be totally hands off with a great return on my money.
