my friend is waiting on her stuff the last 4 months and they still ever came please stay away from this website i say its a scam!!!!

Absolute **** site ordered something 2 months ago still hasn’t come and I wish I read the reviews before I bought it 👎🏻

Still waiting for my order which apparently despatched 2 weeks ago. Despite having paid a premium for tracking and insurance no information is forthcoming. Appalling.

Strongly recommend you avoid.

Joke of a company. Wish I looked at reviews before I ordered. Awful service. Order made 26th July, no sign of order or communication from company.

Update: got an email a month ago saying a refund had been paid, no sign of any refund in my account. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Rubbish company, I ordered a tennis trainer from thhs company at the beginning of April. They took my money and nothing ever arrived and received an automated email with my tracking number. Definite scam artists

These guys are a ripoff. Stay away from them. I believe that’s an automated message about delivery that everyone receives and their enterprise is a scam. They have my €40.99 😫 that’s very sad.

Stay away from nurpe.com, awful, I ordered two months ago, still waiting. I contacted them they don't know anything, the only answer is track your order here. Discusting. Even one star is way too much.

Do not order from them. I ordered a product this day 5 weeks ago and it has still not arrived! Their site is very misleading. I read some of their blog about how it is entrepenurs from the UK...so I assumed a max of 2 weeks to get my goods shipped to the Republic of Ireland but when I contacted them they said that goods are not sent from the UK. I also paid €4.99 for tracking, which has 2 weeks of gaps in it! It says my goods arrived in their destination country 1 week ago but I still await their arrival at my house! Will never order from them again.

Absolute rip off all they do is transfer your order over to wish items and charge you triple the money and it comes from wish anyways item wrapped from China and very low quality

Do not order scam site has made no attempts to contact me with my order or even offer a refunded absolute terrible customer service beware is nothing but a scam site

Update: Pilates Mat finally arrived, 72 days after I ordered it. It smells so disgusting I had to leave it outside immediately and will either powerwash it or dump it. Please do not buy from this website.

Ordered Pilates mat on 11th May. Money taken out of my account on 12th May. Almost 9 weeks later and haven’t had any correspondence from Nurpe. They have a very sophisticated website. I shop online a lot and honestly believed they were genuine. Please do not order from them they are scam artists

Stay away from this site it's an absolute joke. Ordered a doppler as I'm expecting my first baby and wanted to listen to the heartbeat, I'm now 3 months waiting on it and iv emailed several times, they take days to reply and when they do there of no help at all. Wish I looked up these reviews before I ordered from it. Lesson Learned. Never again.

Ordered a handheld mini nebuliser from Nurpe, I must say it took longer than I expected but was well worth the wait. Excellent product..

Don’t waste your time or money SCAMMERS that’s what they are !!!! You never get your money back or product you order. Also company is not from Europe but from China and using uk post code to scam more people!

Like someone else said if I could give 0 stars I would - ordered an item early April yet to receive it - they gave me another tracking number which every time I send Nurpe an email complaining the delivery details get changed.

Website says item in stock yet it’s now 5 weeks after ordering and no sign of the item.

Support just say “Its in the way, you’ll have to wait”

I’d recommend to avoid buying from this site if you want anything delivered in a normal timeframe!

Update - July 7th
Still no delivery and even after multiple emails to their ‘support’ team all I get is the same tracking number sent to me.

Update 21st July
Their ‘support’ team are just ignoring any emails from me so this site continues to show the scam that it is. Avoid at all costs!!!

This company is a complete SCAM and I would recommend anyone to avoid using them.
