I paid in full in advance for the whole winter season snow cleaning and salt after cleaning.
First heavy snow I called them when whole day passed by, and they said still working and finally they showed up very late night and cleaned the snow, but no salt.
I called them in the morning and was told they will come back for salt and they never did.
Next snow fall, again they showed up after almost a day after, did some clean up (not a good one and I had to do some cleanup myself) and no salt. When I called other day, I was told they will come this night, and never showed up.
3rd time it snowed, no one came for even cleaning the snow. I called and again told they are out and working. I waited till next morning, but no one came.
I ended up asking for a refund and was told they will refund at the end of the month when they process all refunds.
Totally unprofessional people. Their customer service lady is also very rude.
I hope nobody else gets trapped with this company if they see this review.
