OK. It took awhile, but I think it was mostly a problem with communication links failing and Emma has told me those will be addressed. So I upgraded review to three stars given the issues. In any case I got replacement labels, they work well. Additionally, once I got some customer support, it couldn't have been much better. Thank you Emma.

Absolutely No Gaurantee and NO Customer Service. DO NOT USE!
I was getting ready to order for a third time and noticed the guarentee. So I left two messages and received NO REPLY! After this I decided to try another label company.
Nursing home washings destroys the ink used on the iron on Once Labels (which are the only labels I have purchased) and the label which turns a yellowish grey. All this makes it difficult to read the label then it needs to be replaced. The labels the nursing home uses last longer and they are free. For the cost of these labels you would think they would last more than six months.

Would have given this company a 5 star review if not for the fact that I never did receive a reply to my email order query. Other than that, the ordering was quick and easy and the product quite nice, though it took a lot longer than posted reviews indicated. Would recommend if you need this type of product as the labels are nice and easy to apply.

So glad to hear you are happy with your labels. The best place we find to place the label for bras is the part of the bra that sits under your arm and is a patch of fabric that runs along the back to where to then fix your bra on. This part has the smoothest and often unpatterned area of fabric. Any problems please shout and we will look into it for you.

Name lables for my Mother in nursing care
The sew-in labels are OK but I was expecting more of a fabric type label & these are like plastic but they work. The labels came in the mail promptly. I do wish we had a label company in the USA...I was unable to find one.

We do have cloth embroidered labels but the ones you chose were bought into the range for people with sensitive skin so they are made of a special nylon fabric and the wording is printed rather than embroidered so there is no irritation.

Always top notch service and a quality …
Always top notch service and a quality iron on label. Every time I order I find I need another item. Be sure to order enough. My first 150 lables were thought to be enough until my wife started to gain weight! The second order of 150 is doing fine but I find I need shoe lables now and maybe a few tags for coats made of material sensitive to heat. Great item. Free mail came almost as fast as DHL.

The labels are amazing
The labels are amazing! Easy to read, and the Once labels are absolutely impossible to remove. My mother has never complained about feeling them inside her clothing, and she has always been sensitive to the size and care labels on clothing. The stick-on labels make all her possessions easy to identify. I would recommend any of these labels to everyone.

The labels are nice but just trying them so not sure how long the iron-on labels will last but so far so good. The only real problem was that they took 10 days to get here but that was partly my fault in not noticing that they were coming from the UK. Great price and shipping was free so that was 2 wins in my book!
